Introduction

Another good week for Beth! We had a lot of mails going through the mailing list....That's good! :) Addidionally XWA League Round #2 results have been released! Beth got third place and is still leading with most total points! Excelent work! Keep it up! :)

Squadron News and Activity

- Beth got third place in XWA League Round #2!!!
- LT Cal Sinis was promoted to the rank of LCM! Congratulations!
- CM Werdna, LCM Cray, LT Seth, LCM Var and CPT Sequoh attended to this week's wing meeting
- LCM Var, LCM Cray and CPT Sequoh got a CoB each for having completed more than 30 missions
- http://beth.squadron.org was updated by LCM Cray Mikalen
- LT Loor flew F-XWA 8 - two days after the XWA League deadline... Please make sure to get it in before the deadline next time...but good work anyway!
- CPT Sequoh re-reached the FCHG rank of Dragoon!
- LCM Var Zoraan painted some really nice pictures which are viewable on our homepage (http://beth.squadron.org) Good job!

- CPT Sequoh Marden betatested even more free missions... :)
- LT Mandeep is on a two-week leave

- SL Gamma Red joined Gimel Squadron
- LCMs Pete Mitchell and Treb Helfast (both of Gimel Squadron) and LCMs EggFoo, Herman and Jan Schneider (all of Daleth) were awarded CoBs.
- CM Den Darkhill was awarded an ISM and PC
- LT Goat of Gimel has retired.
- LT Kazarian of Gimel went AWOL.
- LCM Deamon of Daleth transfered to the Grey Wolf
- LTs Herman and Jan Schneider were promoted to the rank of LCM - Congrats!
- LTs Lavos and Pete Mitchell were promoted to LCM - Well done!
- Wing membership @ 41 (keeping quite constant)

- Navy Commander Appointed
With the surprise resignation of Vice Admiral IQ Pierce, FA Kessler has been forced to select a replacement NAVCOM at very short notice. Luckily for the Naval Corps, Lieutenant Colonel Freelancer was prepared to step into the gap. LC Freelancer was with the original wargame design team that helped to work out the rules to IQ Pierce's interactive wargaming system (e.g Imperial Storm and Project Faithful), and the experience he brings will be a massive advantage for the Naval Corps. He has been promoted to Vice Admiral and appointed to the position of Naval Corps Commander
