Beth Squadron Report #25 - July 23th, 2000

Introduction
--------------------------------------------
We have had 7 of 11 pilots participating in CR#5 of the XWA League! Good work. I'm quite sure we'll be able to keep our second place before Daleth in the league.... Black Hawk is continuing as usual - turn 5 evals have just been sent out. I can tell you it looks like there'll be some action in the next turns... Sadly only the mighty gamemaster knows about all this and can't give out any details.... ;)

Squadron News and Activity

- CPT Werdna Elbee flew F-XWA #14
- CM Var, CPT Werdna and me attended to the Wing III meeting (nearly no one else was there!)
- MAJ Sequoh Marden betatested some free missions
- Nearly everyone handled in orders for Black Hawk and MAJ Seq did the evals
- LT Shield, MAJ Seq, LCM Cray, LCM Cal, CM Var, LT Loor and CPT Werdna flew for XWA League CR#5! Our total score was about 20.000 points! Nice work! :)
- LT Shield, LCM Cray and LCM Cal got an ISM each for reaching more than 3250 points in F-XWA #13
- LCM Cray updated the Wing III uniform archive and the Beth homepage
- LCM Seth is on leave
- LCM Cray has created a XWA mission - looks good Cray! :)
- LTs Yodabot and Mandeep, contact me ASAP!


Wing News

- All squads are more than 75% manned - Hey should be opened really really soon now!
- The Wing III report will be released soon - look at it for more Wing III news
- COL Sasquatch was away until Sunday evening

- Project Phoenix finished! The TAC crew finished correcting many of the old TIE battles. They're now starting to work on the newer ones.

Orders

- Fly for the Wing III top gun contest! As far as I know not many people have flown yet, so you might be able to get the high score! :)

- Send in your orders for Black Hawk turn 6 until the 28th!!
- Attend to the Beth/Wing III meetings - believe me, these are fun! :)
- Fly some battles, especially XWA-1, XWA-3 or IW-22 - according to the database we got these back although no one flew them... I suspect this is some kind of error, so fly these battles!
- Participate in multiplayer events
