The competition with Zayin Squadron has been delayed because CPT
Hello's competition request was denied. He is going to resubmit it and
talk to AD Astatine, and let us know when he's got it sorted out.

In the meantime, FREE-TIE #130 is a mission that requires the TIE
Praetor patch. Be sure to follow the instructions in the readme files
for information on how to install the TIE Praetor. You will fly what
looks like a TIE Advanced in the mission. The TIE Praetor is the
special ship used by the elite Praetorian Squadron in the Intelligence
Division. Basically, it has more shields, speed, and guns than a TIE
Defender. They're pretty fun :)

I would like everyone to try installing the Praetor before the
competition starts so we can be sure everyone can participate. Any
luck with that yet, Iceman?
