Wing News:
It looks like we came through with flying colors in restocking
this wing with new talent. Despite facing serious demoralizing
threats from VA Mell, we managed to bring our numbers up to 34!!

Hammer continues to dominate the WCO for the third month
straight, but our overall lead is shrinking due to the efforts
of some new faces at Sword. We can't let our guard down and
become arrogrant in the face of this new challenge. Let's take
Tiger's inititive and work towards adding to our citations list
and towards our fourth WCO's award in a row!!!
Squadron News:
With the depature of Neko to greener pastures, the job of both
FL and XO of Hammer quadron are now open. I am opening up this
position to ALL interested parties and have already received
interest from outside this squadron. Anyone who wishes to apply
should send me an email detailing why they want the job, any
skills they have and also a plan for running their flight. All
apps are due by March 15th and I'll make a decision by the next
squadron report.

during your stay with us on Hammer. I wish you the best in your
new role as Commander of Spear.
Priority Charlie-ONE: Citation run
Thanks to Shae's dilligent work on the citation report, I have
to decided to make March a month of citation runs. For this
purpose I will assign every pilot a battle to fly within a week
that will give us a citation. Here are the assignments for this

Everyone has a different battle to fly and when everyone turns
in their TFR, we'll have an additional 6 citations to add to our
record!! I'll keep the list updated with the help of Shae and
release progress reports and additional assignments as the month
progresses. So hit the cockpits and blow up some rebels!!
Finally, due to the low turnout in our last Top Gun comp, I've
decided to not award anyone this month. We will have a Top Gun
this month and I hope that everyone will decide to participate
this time through.

I know that I haven't been as active as I previously had been,
but this will change and I apologize for not leading by example
like I should. It is my duty to see to the high moral and sense
of pride held by all of you within this squadron. It has been
my pleasure to serve at the behest of some of the finest pilots
that this wing has ever known. Hammer is currently held in the
highest regard by the entire command in the EH and I intend on
keeping us there. But we cannot maintain that position without
communication. I am pleased to see an increased presence of
Hammer Pilots on our message board and the wing MB but our
mailing list continues to be underutilized. The mailing list is
here to allow all pilots to voice their opinions on the progress
of the squadron and to offer their input on the future of the
Wing.
Now I will get off my high horse and return to my duties as a
pilot and commander of this fine squadron. Good day, lady and
