As a elite squadron, we don't recieve any pilots fresh from the platform Deadalus. This is good as we want the best single player pilots the TC has, but it is also bad because we have a hard time recruiting pilots right now. A big competition is going on in the ASF which means that those pilots can't be transfered from there until May 31st (as I have been told). It is also hard to recruit because Praetorian doesn't seem to have the status it should have amongst the fleet. It should be like pilots really want to join us and come to us for trying out, but now we have to chase them. Of course it should be both. Something has to be done.

* A big welcome LC Andrzej "Iceman" Mezynski. He is the new Flight Leader of Flgith III and the new Pilot Training Officer. He has already sent out some tips. Good work!

* LCM ObiVader was transferred to Flight II to be the new Fligh Leader of Flight II. He told me that he wants to write Flight Reports. So from now on, the pilots in his flight (only Gyssler at the moment), CC ObiVader on your BSF submissions to me.

* LCM ObiVader also continued doing his great work as Recruitment Officer and sent out a new edition of his report.

* As mentioned last week, a new site is being contsructed and contents is needed. If you have something that you think should be on it, mail me.

* This week, I sent in some proposals to the Ubiqtorate to improve Praetorian's position in the Intelligence Division and things have already happened.

* "Guidelines for Recruiting" has been written based on material I recieved from CM Shadd of Iota. Changes have been made by me and LCM ObiVader and will be used as a base of recruiting.
