Let's begin with some Fleet news. A new CA:SO have been selected, congratulations to FA Brad, former ISP.
I missed again an event of IS3, wich was played yesterday 17:30 Eastern. Let's see if BG is not rudely crushed this time, results soon.
No, but I met Klez ( Have you met Nimda?, Part II ). Don't worry, I just met Nimda, but some people around the Fleet, like the FO, have met Klez. A Norton fix tool is available here: http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.klez.h@mm.html
Some people from the ASF has been honored with medals and promos, congrats to them!

The Guard is facing Vampire Squadron to see who has the largest fangs. The winner is awarded a fashion necklace made of the opponents bloddy fangs.
A lot of movement in Hammer squadron, in what can be called the Ice Cream Wars.
Time for talking about Spear. The spot of FL for Flight II has been filled. Congrats to MAJ Mosh!.
The Spear homepage is almost complete. I wish to give it a more SW related look, so it's time to use those graphic skills you have. You'll sure be rewarded!
About the message MB, all I need is one of this two things, both would be better, a background and the Official Spear Squadron Banner. And yes, you'll sure be rewarded!
What about flying? Ok, I have something for you. XWA training! 3 missions 3, for 3 weeks. First Week, First Mission. XWA-FREE #1 ( attached to this mail )
Anyone with problems with XWA or the above mission should get in contact with me or his/her respective FL.
And now, what all of you have been waiting for... bureaucracy! Yes, as stated in our SSO ( those who wish a copy of those, drop me a line ), you have to get in contact weekly with your supperior officer, FM to FL, FL to CMDR, saying that you're still alive and what you have done that week and anything you wish to say. FL should contact me adding the reports from the members of their flights. Also, at the end of the month, I would like to see a self evaluation report, what you have done this month, what are your plans for the next and any thoughts, ideas, opinions or complains you may have. All of this paperwork will help me to make monthly evaluations more exactlly, fair and also to run the squadron smoothly. Of course, I'll be more than pleased if this is done.
I would like to see this reports before I make the weekly squadron report, so please submit them on Sunday or early in Monday. Thanks.

Some of you may have noticed a discussion on Spear mailing list. You're in your true right to ask me anything regarding this matter. So if you have doubts about this, just ask me and I'll try to explain all of this.
My only hope is that such an events never happen again, and I wish to turn over the page on which I can sincerely call the worst days as a member of this club.
