Introduction:
Welcome to my 2nd Weekly Squadron Report. Overall I felt that this was an excellent week for Daleth. We received a new pilot, who has been extremely active. Wing III won the 2nd round of the Wing III vs IV Comp. The WRT is wrapping up today, and once it gets approved we’ll have a squadron comp to work on. Participation has been fairly good, of course it could be better, but as long as you guys are having fun, I’m a happy CMDR. Anyways, on to the report.
Squadron News:
-Big news this week is the arrival of a new pilot in Daleth. Everyone welcome Zev Lolet to the squadron. He is assigned the position of FM 3-3. He’s been extremely active and has already been promoted to Lieutenant. Congrats and welcome to the squad!
-In related news, for completing 30+ missions LT Lolet was awarded the Commendation of Bravery. Congrats!
-The final round of the Wing III vs IV Comp has begun. We have 1 week to fly XWA-Free #66 and submit it to VA Proton. Make sure you CC COL Kalar and myself when sending in your plt file!
-Ace continues to work on the Daleth Squadron Website. He’s been doing a fantastic job and it looks great. Everyone should go check it out at http://daleth.wing3.net. You’ll find a lot of useful information there!
-A new competition will be starting soon. It will be a squadron comp involving the creation of a new Daleth Squadron Banner. I’m currently awaiting approval from the Training Office, and you’ll receive full details once I get it. You can find info on it now if you’re really curious by checking out the Daleth website.

Squadron Status & Orders:
-The final round of the Wing III vs IV Comp has begun! Fly XWA-66 and submit your plt file to VA Proton (Hullbreach@aol.com), COL Kalar (jahankalar@hotmail.com), and myself (bigredf1418@attbi.com). Deadline is Saturday, May 18th. The highest average score wins this comp, so everyone should try to fly it on hard, and fly it multiple times if possible to achieve the best possible score.
-The WRT wraps up today. If you haven’t flown XWA-Free #30 yet, do so ASAP and get it COL Kalar! It ends TODAY!!!
-Participate in the Sovereign Recruiting Competition. For more info, email me.
-Communicate. Use the mailing list and message board to express your comments, suggestions, ideas, etc. Also try to get on IRC when you can and check out #wing_iii. You’ll usually find some Wing III pilots in there who would love to chat about whatever.
-HAVE FUN! Those not following this order will be shot.
