EXCELLENT week, pilots! I am thoroughly impressed with your performance!

SQUADRON NEWS

*Special* I would like everyone to do XwA-TC #3 and/or #4 this week PLEASE. If just a few more guys do these battles, we can get Citations for them. Go get em Echo!

1) Activity levels are UP! To everyone who has contacted me and begun submitting work, great job. As for the rest who have yet to contact me, you're missing out!
2) Please remember to CC: LCM Ender mBind on any TC-Related items you send me, except for BSFs. As the XO, he needs to keep up on what is going on too.

3) Our Unit Citations are now up from 8 to 9! While this may not be a huge leap forward, it is progress nonetheless. Kudos to the TAC Officer, LCM Seymoon-Fei, for his hard work as the TAC Officer. You have all received email from him asking you to complete certain battles. I know that LCM Ender mBind is the one to thank for getting us that Citation, as he completed his 'homework'. Please try and do the assigned battles. For those of you who are still new in the TIE Corps and aren't too sure how to complete battles, email me and I will help you out.

4) It seems that most of you listened about the 3 Strike rule. I am happy to say that with the exception of one pilot, everyone is off the chopping block! Great job guys. Echo is making a full recovery!

5) The Squadron messageboard is there for all of our usage. I post alot of information up there, and it behooves you to stop by once in a while to check it out. Besides, it's fun to go there and crack on each other's posts! (*note* The XO, Ender, would like everyone to stop by and post SOMETHING...let's blow the dust off this board!)

6) We currently have 3 competitions running. The first is a Squadron Graphics Competition. Our current banner is WAY too big. You have 2 weeks if you want to submit a graphic for the competition. Our second competition is a Fiction Competition. This competition runs until early next week, so submit soon! Our third competition is an IWATS Competition. You have until June 1st to complete as many IWATS as you can. Past IWATS will NOT be counted. Here is a chance for you guys that haven't done many IWATS to gain a medal! The winner of each competition will receive an IS:BR. More details can be found on the Squadron Website and on our messageboard. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SUBMISSIONS FOR THE FIRST TWO COMPS! SUBMIT NOW AND EARN A QUICK IS:BR!!!

7) The Wing Commander has decreed that any pilot with 0 points at the end of the SCIV will be AWOL'd. If you feel you are in danger of this, EMAIL ME ASAP. I'll see what I can do to help you out.

8) We have three open slots in our Squadron Roster. Lets see what we can do to fill them!

9) We now have our own IRC Channel! Stop by #Echo_ReadyRoom and hang with the squad! TC-14 is in there serving drinks 24-7! I have also begun testing our very own bot to babysit the Ready Room, EchoFyre. Stop by and I'll give you OP status.

10) Multiplayer activity is down. We are still trying to help the Vanguard win this SCIV, so let's all pull together and show up at some comps!

11) Next week, the first weekend of June, I will be moving to Hawaii, and will be without internet access for 2-3 days. Please bear with me during this time. If anything arises, I'll let you all know asap.

12) Echo Pilot of the Week: This Week's PoW goes to LCM Iceman! Keep up the STELLAR work! Keep pumping out those missions/battles!
