CMDR Ramblings...
Whoo-hoo! We're bad we know it! We're bad we show it! The ISD Intrepid is now the new flagship of the Aggressor Strike Force. We scored a whopping 48,210 points as a ship, 15,000 more then second place. We kicked major buttage :) I'm also thrilled with our performance as a squad. We finished with 7,555 which means my unofficial total was only 40 off, which surprised me. I figured i'd end up being off by a lot. :P This put us in 6th place overall among squadrons and third place on the Intrepid. 6th out of 19 squads is very very good, especially when we're within 200 points of two other squads. Everyone can take same naps and rest now, (but not too, too much) :)

This will last the entire month of May. At the end of each week I will see who's earned the most
FCHG points for that week. #1) gets 4 points, #2)3 pts, #3)2 pts and #4)1 pt. After the month
is complete all the points from each week will be totaled and the winner will receive an Iron Star-Bronze WINGS.

Looks like LT Blade has grabbed an early lead in his attempt to defend his title from May. I realize we're all recovering from SC4 so Blade & Phantom were the only two with FCHG gains this week, it didn't seem right to give the rest of us 2 points for having 0 so I only awarded point to those two. It's still very much up for grabs if people want to be very active and make a run at it. 

Cobra Gunner Of The Month - June

In the same vein as Cobra Ace of The Month we're going to have a montly "Cobra Gunner" The same 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th system will be used. Here's how we'll determine the scoring.
For every Multiplayer victory at a Tie Corps Comp(#EHCOC), or in the Week Of War you will be credited with 'two' points for the weeks scoring. For every match you fly but lose, you will receive 'one' point.
If a pilot wins 2 matches but loses 5 they would have 'four' + 'five' points or 'nine' total points for the week. That will be how 1st/2nd/3rd/4th is determined. So not only will your winning help you,
but being active and flying matches will help as well.

The pilot who has the most weekly points at the end of the month will receive an Iron Star-Bronze Wings.
NOTE- Please email me after you fly in a comp if you don't win any matches because I only receive notification from the database if a pilot gets a LoC. It'll make it easier for me to track and compute scores. :)

EH/Tie Corps News...
It is now Turn 15 out of 30, and the exercise is really moving along. All the remaining teams have multiple planets (as many as six for the Sov team) and have greatly expanded their resources and forces. This rapid expansion has placed many fleet elements in close proximity to one another, and many conflicts are near to happening. Current Standings are below, but in this game it can all change in a single battle.

Mission designers are needed to help construct custom battles for the next Dark Brotherhood Vendetta. If you have experience in making high quality battles for TIE Fighter, XvT or X-Wing Alliance, email the Executive Officer. List which platform/platforms you're interested in and, if possible, supporting evidence of your ability. A quick turnaround period is also expected.

Skipping Missions 
You are not allowed to skip a mission in a battle whatever the reason is. All missions of a battle must be completed. You are not to use the ingame 'skipping mission' option of X-Wing Alliance. If you encounter a battle that has a fatal bug in it that prevents you from playing the rest of the battle, you cannot edit your pilot file to skip the mission. If you encounter a fatal bug, fill out a Bug Report on the Battle Center to explain why you could not finish a mission, and save a backup of your pilot file so you can finish the battle after it has been repaired. Skipping missions may lead to have the batle removed from your combat profile.


Well, that certainly was a fun report to write. I don't know when I've ever had that much good news to issue in a report. I expect next week will be fun as well when I report all the medals and possible promotions which could be awarded this week based on the activity by everyone during the month of May. Just a note on a promotion, if you're passed up it's probably not due to lack of activity but lack of time. Certain promotions require a minimum time (two months between LT and LCM for instance)
