Daleth Squadron Weekly Report #7 – 06/23/2002


Introduction:
Greetings all, and welcome to the Daleth Squadron Weekly Report for the week of June 23rd, 2002. All in all a rather slow week for the squad, though good none the less. And now for the moment you've all been waiting for... the report!


Squadron News:
-Daleth defeated Aleth Squadron to win round 2 of the WotS!

-LCM Ace Hobbes had the 2nd highest score in round 2 of the WotS! Great job Ace.

-Ace has just about completed work on version 2.0 of the Daleth Squadron Website, and I must say it's magnificent. It should be uploaded soon. Well done Ace!

-We had excellent participation for round 3 of the WotS, with 4/5 available pilots flying! Nice job everyone!

-LT Zev Lolet is on leave until he can get his joystick fixed! :( Hopefully he'll have it straightened out soon.


Squadron Status & Orders:
-Round 4 of the WotS will probably begin tomorrow! Everyone be prepared. If possible, try to get your plt files in a little earlier than last round! You almost gave your CMDR a heart attack, making me wait until the last minute to get your submissions! ;) Nice job to all who flew.

-Think of interesting and fun things you'd like to do with the squadron. I can't think of everything and I love hearing your ideas.

-Fly XWA Battles to increase our citation count! We're doing pretty good right now, but the addition of even 1 pilot could seriously decrease our number of citations!

-Recruit! The Zone, Star Wars message boards, chat rooms, IRC, etc are greatplaces to recruit, and that's just online! Tell your friends, family, coworkers, next door neighbors, garbage collector, etc about the EH and the TC! You never know who might be interested! :)

-HAVE FUN! I try to stress this every week, but in case I ever forget, this is my #1 standing order ALWAYS!
