Introduction:
Greetings all, and welcome to the Daleth Squadron Report version 6.0. This week was a little bit slower than the previous few, but all in all still a good week us. Overall I'm very pleased with the results of the WotS comp. Once again we had 4/5 available pilots fly (Zev is having technical difficulties and is excused). I just want to take the opportunity to say that I am very proud of all of you. It is a great joy to be your squadron commander, and hopefully the fun has just begun. Anyway, enough with my yapping. On to the report.
Squadron News:
-Congrats to Ace Hobbes who was promoted to the rank of LCM this week!
Congrats Ace! You earned it. :)
-Ace was also awarded an MoI for assisting a cadet in his training. Well done Ace! :)
-Daleth Squadron has a new Squadron Banner! Thanks to a friend of LT Lolet, we have a polished version of Zev's design. It's already been uploaded to the TIE Corps Website.
-Ace continues to work on the new design for the Daleth Website. From the screen shots I've seen, it's going to look great!
-Zev has been making some terrific efforts at recruiting new pilots for the squadron. I encourage everyone to follow his lead and recruit! I suggest emailing him and discussing some of the projects he's undertaking. Together you might even come up with some new ideas that'll make people want to flock to Daleth! :)
Squadron Status & Orders:
-Round 2 of the WotS has ended and we're awaiting the results. Great work to all who flew for it! :) Everyone get ready for round 3!
-The Daleth Genius Comp has also ended. I'm awaiting Ace to release the results so I can make the appropriate medal recommendations (hint hint Ace). :)
-Recruit!!! We're currently at half strenght. I want to see us with 12
pilots in this squad! Right now we look like 6 drunk and retarded ewoks. I wanna see 12 drunk and retarded ewoks!
