-changes, changes, changes....
-new pilot joined our squadron!!! welcome to LT (!) Hastour
Stiephanec!!! i hope you'll feel comfortable in our squadron.
-promo week! Shai now a LCM!!!!! Hast already a LT!!!!! i got CM
and CMDR of Crusader...
-medals for May were not yet given - let's hope our Flags will
give them soon (so i could make next week a "medal week" :) )
-it seems that i'm now the head of the squad. Devin has
requested to be removed to RSV. let's all wish him luck and hope
he'll be back someday.
-Rem and Dev are being removed to FRG Phoenix, to join the RSV
-we have 31 Citations now. i hope Rep is pleased :)
-i have many ideas, but...WSR is mailed also to Flags and other
CMDRs so i'll mail you later about them :). the information is
CLASSIFIED!!! :)))))
-i failed to pass my exam so i'm sad and there will be no
fiction this week. sorry. but i promise i'll improve :)

Crusader CMDR position/ completed XvT TC 12 (i couldnt fly more -
i'm in the middle of my exam session - wish me luck!)/ MB active

ends on Tuesday so i'm going to fly more next week.

as you can see - lots of changes in the squad... we're falling
down with numbers. this is very bad. i'd like you all to follow
my example and recruit. you can see for yourself how good
pilots we can get!

COMMENTS:
well... i have to say that i'm really satisfied by this week's
activity. you could fly some more (i'm a BSF eater - i'm never
overloaded by them :P), but it is great. 18 battles/8 courses
completed. quite nice. i'd like to praise you all. our future
looks very good if you'll keep that activity up. i know that you
are as stunned as i because of our greeny pilot, who turned up
to be not as green as we might think :))). really great job,
Hast! i'm proud of you! keep it up :)
next weeks are going to be hard working. i have a matter to
discuss with you all. i'm arranging a FCHG Race Competition
against...i will tell you later :))) - you'll be surprised :)))
i have also more activities in my mind - i'll tell you later.

ORDERS FOR NEXT WEEK - what can i say...FLY! fly as many battles
as you can. but in picking the battles care about our Citations
status - read Citations Officer Report.
so - fly, but also complete courses! i would like someone to
take care about GFX. we could use new graphics - new banner etc
(see Vortex MB to see what i'm talking about).
but most important order - RECRUIT!!!! we need more pilots! the
comp i'm planning is agaist a squad which has 10 pilots! we wont
stand a chance in any comp if we dont get new ppl to our squad!
as i said before - i hope next week to be a medal week :)
let's hope Flags will give medals for May activity and i'd like
also to award those who are exceptional in our squad.
i will watch your activity...next week may decide who will get
the command over Flight III. so be active - not only battles,
but courses, RECRUITMENT, MB, irc etc.!!!
also - remember about Wing competitions (see WC's report) and
about our fiction comp. the deadline is June 24th!

today.
