Vav Squadron Report #5, Episode two out for 4 days now.

Intro, EP2, flying

This report is late a day! *watches everyone looking shocked,
frightened*
I had some personal emails that needed replying and just forgot about
the report yesterday and...well, you get the point. Please excuse this
lack of dedication on my part - I'll give my best to keep those on time
from now on... ;)

Episode II: Having seen it again, I've to say I really enjoy that
movie - it's quite entertaining. However, this time it was possible to
spot the dumbest question ever asked in a SW movie: Padme: "Anakin?
What's wrong with you?". His mother just died and she asks "What's wrong
with you?" as if she didn't notice it or doesn't see this as a reason to
be upset and frustrated. Sorry about that - the movie is nice. :P

I'm happy to say that I heard from everyone last week. Good job.
Unfortunately it looks as if certain people would be unable to
participate in flying competitions any time soon... to enable me to plan
future competitions, I'd like everyone who is not able to fly at the
moment to email me, saying how soon he'll be ready for combat again.

- Mayk continues to be our most active pilot, flying 4 XWA battles and
winning one LoC in this week alone. Great work, I wish everyone would
follow your example, Mayk!
- I participated in the last round of the Wing III vs. Wing IV
competition... it looks like I was the only one from Vav to fly for
this... :(

- Black Hawk 3 is underway! A good section of the rules has been
finished and I've begun writing a graphical interface for this play by
email game in order to allow everyone to participate (last time, the
syntax for orders was a bit complicated... ;). It may still take a while
until it's finished, but there definitely will be a BH3 at some point in
the future!

- Email me, especially if your're unable to fly
- Enjoy yourselves!

Misc
-------
Is anyone here good in creating graphics? As my own images always look
crappy, I could really need someone who could help me design the
graphics for the Black Hawk 3 client... this is more or less an EH
activity and I'm quite sure medals could be awarded in relation to
quality and quantity of your submissions. Contact me if you're
interested and I'll get back to you with the details.
