- The Hammer Squadron competition concluded it's third week. I am extremely unhappy with our performance this week. With only 3 TFRs from our 10 pilots we managed to turn a 60,000 lead into a 1000 point defecit going into the final week. We need to put in 100% effort in the final week to turn this around, and I will be personally emailing non-flyers for an explanation of why there were not willing/able to fight for their Squadron. Full results from Week 3 are available on the Kappa website.
- Wing II was victorious over Wing I in our recent competition by a considerable margin. Good job to all those who flew. Full results of this will soon be on the Kappa website.
- Carl Lost has taken over as CMDR of Sin Squadron. Congratulations to him, as I know he has been chomping at the bit to command a Squadron for some time. I am happy that he has reached this position, without having to leave the Wing. I'm sure we will all wish him luck, but I'm sure such a fine officer will do a great job.
- CM Tempest receives his long overdue Iron-Star Bronze Wings for his top scoring efforts in our victory over Praetorian Squadron. Congrats Temp!
- Grinning Donkey has been promoted back to his rightful position of LT after a brief period as an SL after his HCI conviction. Stele and myself continue are battle with the HCI over their punishment system. Stay tuned.
- With Stele's new CAO Project to increase Wing II membership, Tempest undergoes a slight name change this week. He is no longer Kappa Recruitment Co-ordinator, but instead takes the moniker Kappa Squadron Cadet Assistant Officer.
- Psi CMDR, MAJ Jon, has announced a new Wing wide competition which will begin shortly. We are all to be split into teams with seeded pilots separated amongst them. All the Wing II CMDRs are in one team, so it will be a chance for all you guys to show us up for the incompetent, degenerate old fools we most surely are.

- Fly TIE-FREE 200 (attached) for the Kappa vs. Hammer Squadron competition. Absolutely 100% participation required unless you have a very good excuse. Deadline is Monday 1st July.
- Recruitment - please lend assistance to CAO Tempest in his further efforts to increase Wing II membership.
- Squadron Banner - design a new banner that Kappa Squadron can be proud of, incorporating the new motto. Deadline by next WSR.
- Kappa Squadron Encylopaedia - if you have any submissions email them to Dash and myself and I will award KAPS points for your work.
