Daleth Squadron Weekly Report #9 – 07/08/2002


Introduction:
Welcome to the slightly late Daleth Squadron Weekly Report. This was a good week for our squadron. We gained a pilot, some citations, and won another victory in WotS. We're also doing rather well in the current WotS Round. But enough with my petty babbling, on to the report.


Squadron News:
-LT Razor has transferred to Daleth from Hey. He has been assigned to position 2-3, and has already submitted over 40 plt files for review! Welcome to Daleth Lieutenant!

-Daleth won Round 4 of the WotS by defeating Vav Squadron. Well done to all who flew! We're in very good contention for winning, so keep up the great flying!

-We've gained 3 citations since last report, bringing our total to 33!
Thanks to Ace for his hard work as citation officer, and thanks to all of you for flying so much! We're still leading the wing, but Beth is trying hard to catch up. Let's show them how futile it is to challenge the pilots of Daleth! We'll make them FEAR THE BUNNY!!! :)

-LCM Ace Hobbes was awarded 2 IS-BWs for his flying in rounds 1 and 2 of WotS. He placed 2nd overall in both rounds. Congrats and well done Ace!

-Ace and Razor are having a contest to see who can flood my inbox with more BSFs. So far it's neck and neck. I'll keep you posted on further developments. :)


Squadron Status & Orders:
-Fly for Round 5 (soon to be 6) of WotS and submit your plt files to COL Kalar and myself.

-Recruit! We're at 7 pilots and we may possibly be down to six soon I'm afraid, so get out and recruit. Friends, co-workers, message boards, chat rooms, the zone, etc are great places to try!

-Fly your recommended battles for Squadron Citations. We've gained 3 this past week, and I think we can reach 40 by the end of the month at the latest.
