Odin Squadron Weekly Report - Date: August 16th, 2002

Greetings, I most pleased this week because we got 3 new pilots giving Odin a head count of 6!. Please help me welcome LCM Faliaj Shai, SL Pickled Yoda & SL TK-9436, latest additions to Flight 1, 2 & 3. I'm sure they will all perform beyond any standars while being into Odin Squadron. With all these new guys it is time to get serious so check the Objectives Section to learn more about Imperial Standards. Also SL Pickled Yoda started a new thread collecting information about your time zone (well done!), to this I would like you to add the games platforms you hold. This information will be most helpful while planning some interesting ideas for us to try. But the spotlight this week goes again to LT Malahk for his interviews to LC Ekim Yellek and COM Darksaber. Squadron Objectives

As I stated before the time has come to get serious. We are not the rebel alliance, actually we are the other side. We are the Imperial Navy, we do things and we do them right. Following is a list of objectives we should follow in order to perform up to Imperial Standards:

• Active Roster: We have some SLs in our roster. We have to help them settle in. There's a lot of info for them to learn, so If you find them lost in pain and not able to reach me or their FL try help them out.


• Recruitting: There are 6 free spots into the squadron. It would be great to find them all filled, not because I'd love to see a full roster, but because it allows us to try more fun ideas.


• Activity: The current standing orders stablishes 2 MP matches (or Battles) for FLs and 1 for FMs per week. But any kind of activity will be welcome.


• Reporting: I write the WSR (this report) every friday at 21:00 (GMT-4). For this I use the Flight Reports, so I expect them into my inbox for that time. If something gets in the way I will always send a mail stating the date to issue the WSR. I recommend that all Flight Members to agree a date and time of the week with their respective FLs (if you are in FLight, deadline is Friday 21:00 GMT-4) to send their reports. FLs make sure your FMs are part of the Wolf Pack for them to receive the WSR.


• Feedback: You get what you put in. Your feedback is badly needed for this is the only way things can work the way the way they should. I hope I will hear about any ideas you might have to help me improve the squad. You will always be the man behind them if they go good, if not expect me to take the flames for you.
