SQUADRON NEWS
-ECR Phase 1 - You only have more 5 days to submit the graphic for ECR, at this time there were only two submissions from Phantom
-New Assignments – Two pilots have new assignments in the squadron, LCM Deimos has been assigned as Flight III Leader and LCM Brenn Tantor has been assigned as Phantom XO, congrats to both.

SQUADRON STATUS
-Slow week - This week has been even more inactive than last week, come on you can do a lot of things, do a graphic for ECR, do an IWATS course, fly, do a MP comp, but be active.
-Recruitment - We are now with only 7 pilots, I think this a very low number for a squadron, this way I incentive every one to recruit cadets, but don’t do it just telling ppl to join the squadron, help them also in anything they may need.
