Squadron Report #8 - 7/25/03
It had been a slow week in Talon. Someone had damaged the enviromental controls on the decks that housed Talon's quarters and ready rooms, and a general state of lethargy had taken over. Since no major engagements had taken place, no harm had been done. With the systems repaired, Major Drax assumed that activity woule be back to normal.
Squadron News
1. It's been a slow week, but I can't get to upset about it. I am rather pleased to see that most of the pilots in the squad have participated in some fassion in the competitions vs. Wing X or the BJ. And that is more important than any citation flying.
2. It's coming down to the end of the comps for this month, let's get any last minute entries in to the people that need them.
3. In addition to the end of the month being time for comps ending, it's also MSE time. If you want to do anything to wow me, now would be a good time.
4. Next month I will be starting some squadron level competitions, so be ready. The will include flying, but perhaps some abnormal activity as well.

2. BJ comp is runnig again. Get in entries!
3. Recruit. We need bodies behind those flight yokes.

Wing XIII WC

The position of Wing XIII WC on the ISD Grey Wolf is now open to applications. Those wishing to apply should be able to meet the following requirements:
- At least FOUR months experience as a Squadron Commander in the TIE Corps
- No HCI convictions in the past 12 months
- Familiarity with the online and offline aspects of X-Wing vs TIE Fighter
- Be able to handle large amounts of email and admin within a short amount of time in an efficient manner
- Be able to organise competitions / activity within the Wing and motivate those under your command
- Be able to work in a mature attitude with all levels of command in the TIE Corps
- Demonstrate that you have the drive and motivation to take command of a Wing and ensure it's growth and success
You may include up to 2 references from current or former superiors (get their permission first!). Applications should be sent to Admiral Darksaber and Vice Admiral Khadgar with the subject "Wing XIII WC" by Sunday 27th July.
