Weekly Squadron Report
This is CPT Vladet Xavier reporting in for Crusader Squadron on September 26th, 2003

From the Commander's Office
New Flight Leaders I 'spose. Give some congratulations to Lieutenant Vance Blackguard and Lt. Commander Rem Somnos. Vance is a new and active pilot, and Rem a hardned veteren. Both should do a smashing job.
With this report, the month pretty much ends. Sure was lazy, eh? For my part, and for the first time ever, I have no activity to account for myself this month. Sorry about that you happy-go-lucky Flags, but ol' Vladdy was mission creating like hell for over a month. Regular activity to pick up shortly.
Alrighty, tons of comps started on the first. First is the FCHG Train, which is basically a bonus IS-BW for the biggest FCHG gainer each month. Then we have Back to School comp. We're lacking IWATS completions I see, so the person who completes the most each month snags an IS-BR. And don't forget that the Recruiting Comp is still going on. Each pilot you bring into the squadron gets you an IS-BR, plus assorted Wing/Ship stuff.
Last comp is a Wing level competition. Three Flight's motto is rather long (and in my opinion, stupid). IS-SR to the person in Wing XIII (including our WC and COM) who comes up with a new, shorter, and interesting name. Details can be found here.

Wolfpack News
Top Gun is going on. Do it if you must.
We got a comp going against Wing III. Some no-name Soveriegn squadrons most likely, so fly something for it, eh? Check Gilad's Wing report.
Check out Sarin's reports for details on the Grey Wolf Monthly Iron Star comps. Iron Stars are being given out for Recruiting, Fiction, Graphics, etc. Something for everyone!

Fleet Admiral Cyric is the new Flight Officer/TCCOM. So congrats to him and all, because that's simply smashing. I'm sure he'll do well. New changes are coming (so I hear), and from what _I_ hear, I don't like them one bit. Still, easy come, easy go, no?
Just a reminder that multi-player comps are held 24/7 in #ehcoc on the Undernet. I'm sure you all know about that. Here's telling you again.

Final Thoughts
Okay, the Vice Admiral has said that Recruiting has become a number one priority for this ship. On Monday I will start the Crusader Recruiting Comp that will last indefinetly. Each pilot you recruit will result in an IS-BR. Maybe something more for those who recruit a lot. In addition, there will be a Wing level Recruitment comp, and a ship level comp. So get recruiting!
Remember people, as I have mentioned before: This is a multi-player ship and battlegroup. While flying multi-player is not mandatory (and I certainly won't make you do it), that is what we're here for. Plus, it's far more fun than single-player, especially when we have 2v2s and 3v3s. Trust me, it's a blast.
Squadron Citations List
Crusader Squadron currently has a whopping 11 citations. This is due to our new pilot, Vance, but more pilots are always better than citations. We'll get them back sooner or later!
