Sorry for the late Report... Again
More Work & RL issues have come up this past weekend.
Project shield is causing delays in our comps, but on October 1st.... 3 new Monthy Non Flying-comps will be announced!!!!!
 
On good news:  Lots of comps for November to participate in, 3 of which are NON Flying :D
 
 
 
 
BIG NOTE regarding downloading of Missions (format  *.EHM).  If you SAVE them with the format WinZIP file (Or other ZIP File),   you can open them up as you would the Normal Zips.  If you need help, Contact me via Email.

ORDERS
Folks, I need each of you to do the Following:  (Note, I only have this info from Keiran) here is my test to see who reads my reports.!!!
    1 - Tell me which Star Wars based Games you have
    2 - Try and help out 1 cadet a week  (Let me know WHO)
    3 - give me Ideas for GFX/Fiction Monthly comps to start in October.
    4 - Most important of all.. -- HAVE FUN,  KICK BUTT,  and don't forget RL!!!
 

RECRUIT! If you actively recruit members to PI Squadron and you get three of them, then I will award you an ISM for recruiting them. The only stipulation is that they must graduate the academy if they are there, then join the PI and stay for a minimum of 2 weeks while being active :P , if they are old farts (RSV returnees or others), then they must remain and be active for 2 weeks. The total amount to get an ISM, is for recruiting 3 members to PI. Once this goal gets reached then I will submit a request for you to receive an ISM. Make sure you remind me or I'll forget :P

    A weekly competition open to PI and anyone else wishing to participate.
    Winner gets a IS-BW OR IS-SW  (IS-BW to runner up) with 3 other squads participating.
    At least 2 Missions each month will be TIE.  One will be XvT or BoP, one will be XWA.
    TFRs are due no later than  the start of the EH Meeting, at 1200 EST/EDT Each Saturday (Extended to October 3rd)

CHAIN OF COMMAND
 

NOTE: Remember there is a chain of command which is in place, shown below this paragraph is the order in which it is to be used.
  1. Fleet Commander (FC)
  2. Executive Officer (XO)
  3. Flight Officer (FO)
  4. Battle Group Commander (BGCOM)
  5. Commodore (COM)
  6. Wing Commander (WC)
  7. Squadron Commander (CMDR)
  8. Flight Leader (FL)
  9. Flight Member (FM)
So this by itself should give you an idea how things work in the Imperial Military. There is an orderly way of doing things and that means you must utilize the chain of command. And believe me when I say this if you don't, or chose not to, it can seriously work against you. Ship board matters needs to be dealt with using this chain. If there is a problem, it should be handled here and only here, there is no reason why anyone outside of this ship would need to help us with an internal matter, unless it's obvious that it should go beyond our immediate chain of command in order to be fixed.
 
PILOT FILE SUBMISSION STUFF

Don't forget when submitting a pilot file for me to BSF I would ask that you put your pilot in the below format:
 
3319TIETC10 (where the first number is your PIN, the second is the platform type which you flew, the last is the # of the battle flown. In the case of TIE-FREEs put TF, for the rest: DB, IW etc, you get the idea, if not email me and I'll personally explain it. This makes it easier for me to BSF, cuz in the case of those who don't add their PIN to their email, then I'll at least have it, by labelling it this way.)
 
 
XvT (Bop), and XWA Pilot files should ALWAYS Be Zipped up.  (My mail box has been known to "delete" them)
