Wow, what a week :P Here's a lot to report about :P
----Fleet News----
-We have a new COM, please all welcome RA BubbaX aboard who took over from RA Phantom
-Our WC, MAJ Cray Mikalen resigned earlier today
-Wing XI WC is open to applications, if you're interested check the news site
-The nomination Phase for the Golden Tug awards 2003 started, you can see the list on the news site

-We have seen a total change in the Flaggie Positions this week, RA Phantom and MAJ Cray both resigned, RA BubbaX took over the COM spot, please all welcome him aboard. Drinks are on him of course :P
-The Comp vs. Wing I is still being worked out (in fact the only thing that is missing is when we will hold it exactly), so start training :P

-Sword Top Gun Comp #3 Week 2 starts today, expect a seperate mail after this report.
-CM Dukimar did win Sword Top Gun Comp #3 Week 1, congrats Duke :-), an IS-BW will reach you soon :-)
-Short after CM Jade Falcon another long-time member decided to transfer out to the RSVs because of RL reasons, let's wish LCM Nom Ramadon good luck for his future and thank him for his service aboard :-)
-Again, as last Week, work on Recruiting, we need new people in the Wing, it's also for your fun, the more people participate in Comps the more fun it will be. Start writing to the Reserves for example and ask them if they would like to return. Remember though that direct recruiting of CTs and Pilots from other Squads is strictly forbidden!
-IS is still running but somehow the Sov didn't follow our trace but left without firing a shot. So let's hope that we will see action this week. So far this IS is boooooooooorrrrriiiiiing :P

Hm, a week with many things happening. We got a new COM, our old COM and WC stepped down. I hope that we will have a better Communication level now, there are a lot of things that need to be improved. The first thing is awards, as I always said, you will be awarded for your work in the past! Never forget that. But I also would like to see you doing a bit more this month. I understand that EHBL is a pain atm but if you're having problems with it contact me and we're going to work that out, so far only two pilots did that. C'mon, let's show our new COM what we can do and fly a bit more than we did the last two weeks :-) Go Sword!!!
