FLEET NEWS:

TCCOM's Own is back

We've reached mid-point in the IMP Storm IV. (So where is our local cheerleading staff?)

Various CMDR positions open; like 10 of them - If you feel froggy go try for one. So go check out the page to see which one you'd quackyfy for. But if you do, you'd better stick with one thats in the ASF.
Other than that your a loser if you don't atleast read the main news page along with various other pages just to keep up. --./me loves his fellow wing mates ;) --

Note: This is not necessarily fleet news but it applies to those in the fleet. For those of you god fearing members and even those not, pelase send your hopes and prayers to those out in California. In California from LA to San Diego are experiencing a MEGA fire trend, having consumed some 138,000 square miles already and making life miserable for the people there. So if you know of anyone in CA then send your regards to them, they can use our support!

The rest of the Fleet news can be seen here: http://www.emperorshammer.net/news.asp

SQUADRON NEWS:

Activity, Activity and Activity! That is the key to a successful team for Odin. However, we have all had a serious lack of activity recently, I don't count myself out either. But we need to jump on the band wagon and start working. If we've got no activity, we might as well be dead.

I had been trying to attain a FCHG score of 1000 points this month, but unfortunately I don't see it happening this month due to my schedule, DOH!

Also I'm working on that Run-on start up, I should have something by midweek. We might not make this next NL but we'll get the next trust me. As long as our submission makes it to the press ;)

As always remember for activity you can do any of the following: fiction writing, flying, mission creation, etc. There are lots of things to do, if you need something or don't know what to do just ask.

Side Note: For you baseball fans out there - I finished watching the World Series and my Florida Marlins clinched the title of World Champs by shutting out the New York Yankees in Game 6.
  • Series final score
    • Florida Marlins 2 / New York Yankees 0
Forida finally got a World Series win, which makes it their second since 1931. I also believe they said that it had been the first time the Yankees had ever been shut out at home by a visiting team and to have the visiting team win the Series. At any rate GO MARLINS!!!!!!!!!!!
Squadron quote of the week: Yoda says, "Apophis, if Joeys report is late its because he had his formal tonight :)" -Formal what? (*snickers*)

WAR ROOM NEWS:

The GW TG Comp is ongoing and currently heading to round 6 of an 8 round comp. The results of round 5 have yet to be posted due to my busy schedule I couldn't post rankings. However, I have time now and around lunchtime I will post result and send out week 6 stuff Medals to be earned.

FCHG: IS SW to Pilot with the most FCHG gained each month

Recruitment: IS SR for recruiting the most people

There are others, simply watch for the WC and COMs reports when they come out.

SQUADRON COMMANDER'S OFFICE:

Well the activity level is getting better/worse? I need to take a poll. But hey atleast someone somewhere did something for us. I think the squadron knows how to pay peeps off with a good compensation factor.

Closing arguements: So far so good, I think we are all starting to contribute more to the efforts of the squad so be sure to remember to report in by Thursdays so I have something to report on okay?! Thats it see ya next week!
