Krayt Squadron - Weekly Squadron Report
Aboard the ASF Flagship -- ISD-II Intrepid

Welcome to my 20th report!!!!!
 
Well, I couldn't really think of anything interesting to do for my 20th report, so I'll have to put a bit more thought into it for my 25th report ;) Anyway, another quiet week this week, however there have been a few things of note. We've had a member leave to the RSV's for a while and I've also set up a little comp for you guys. I will be making another free mission comp next week that will start after the current comp, I just need to get my copy of XWA back to test the mission I want to use. I hope these few comps inspire a bit more activity in the Squadron, as we've really quietened down after the last Wing Comp. I didn't mind us having a good rest, but some of us (myself included) have sat around hiding from the flight simulators for too long....so it's time to get back into some flying :)

General News;

 - The ASF now has a new website completed by CPT Drako, check it out at http://asf.minos.net/.
 - The new Flight Office website is also finished and can be found at http://flightoffice.minos.net/.
 - Ast has now completed and uploaded NL's 97, 98 and 99.
 - The TAC Office has started to roll out a number of battles this week, including: BoP-TC 21 and Free 28, XvT-Free's 151-156, XW-TC 1-88, XW-Free 5 and TIE-Free's 235, 236 and 237. XWA Battles are also on the way, with at least 2 which should be released within the week!
 - The best news this week was Frodo exclaiming that the Int has free beer forever after finding out he was awarded a Gold Star of the Empire for the Mission Creation Wars. Drink up guys....time to burn a hole in Frodo's pocket ;)

 - Citation Report #2 from Arid is out, check it out to see what you've been assigned to gain us some citations.
 - There is a new comp for the Squadron which starts next Monday(US EST)and runs for a week. More details below.
 - I will also be announcing a new comp next week once I get to test the mission I wish to use. So have your flight gear ready for a few comps in the next few weeks...thats an ORDER!! ;)
 - On a disappointing note, LT Chapel Campbell has sucumb to his plague of continued computer problems and has been transferred to the Reserves until he can get himself a new comp. Come back soon Chap!
 - I'd also just like to mention that I'd like to see Krayt pick up it's MP activity a little. It would be nice to one/a few of us at least trouble the scorers in either the XvT or XWA ladders currently running. We still have 2 weeks until the ladders close, so we've got plenty of time to make some impact :)
 - One last note for the squadron(or moreso two members of it), is that I have STILL not heard a peep from either of our new SL's. Guys, please, if your alive either reply to this email, email me at Crim5on@hotmail.com or at my other addy lcheese@emerge.net.au. You have until next weekend to reply, otherwise I will be sending you both to the reserves as per normal Tie Corps policy.
