Welcome to the newest Kappa Squadron Report. As I already said in my
last report, I didn't have too much time last week. But I hope I can
fly that mission for Stele's Voting Comp today, I hope you guys will,
too.

Squadron Orders
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯

- The first mission in Stele's Voting Competition, following Conker's
attack plan, is out. Fly the mission ("Intruder Alert", attached)
until this evening, and send your pilot file to Stele.

- The Sovereign Cup has started. Until the deadline, which is Friday
the 7th of November, the following pilots will fight to defend
Kappa's glory:
LC Tempest vs. LCM Mateusz (Group A)
COL Astarosta vs. CM Ryan Chi'Cath (Group E)
LCM Shimir Sheerelk vs. MAJ Artyis (Group H)
The mission is TIE-Free 224 (attached).
Todbringer wants us to use the EHM mission files where possible, but
if the EHBL doesn't work for you, using the zip version is also
allowed. Find it here: http://battles.tiecorps.net/old/
Submissions go to Tod (todbringer@poczta.onet.pl), and please CC me.

- Wing II vs Immortal vs Greywolf has started. It's a combined
flying/graphics comp and ends on November 2nd.
The missions are TIE-FREE 179, XvT-FREE 70 and XWA-FREE 4 (all
attached). I expect everyone to fly at least the TIE mission, but
best would be if you'd fly as many of these missions as you can, as
every submission brings points in this comp.
Scoring:
15 points to the Top Scorer
10 to 2nd place
5 to 3rd place
1 for participation

The same scoring system (only that 2 points will be awarded for
participation) applies for the graphics portion. The graphic must
show the Sov, Immortal, and Grey Wolf, attacking some rebels.

- TCCOM's OWN is back! (FA Cyric)
I will be restarting the TCCOM's Own award starting next month

For those of you who don't know, the TCCOM's own is a prestigeous
award given to the best overall Wing in the TC.

In the mean time I have created a Competition for a new banner.
Details can be seen on the TO's competition page. The comp ID is

- Mid-point of Imperial Storm IV (VA Pel)
Yes, we have reached the mid-point, turn 15 of 30. So far all teams
have played rather cautions, with only one small skirmish (a
Corvette on the Sovereign side was pounced on by an entire
Battlegroup!). The last few days have seen lots of sightings of
enemies, so I expect some battles real soon. Keep looking for more
details as they come.


- Avenger Elite Squadron Commander open for apps (FA Cyric)
AD Darksaber is accepting applications for Avenger Squadron, the ASF
Elite squadron. If you feel you can be an active commander and excel
