Krayt Squadron - Weekly Squadron Report

Hey all and welcome to my 19th(!!) Squadron Report. Been a very quiet week this week, with only Sav having any impact on the scorers :| I dont mind us having a quiet week like this though, as long as we dont make it a habit. A further downside to this week has been that I have STILL not heard from our two new SL's. If you are actually alive guys, please email me. If not, your half-way(2 weeks of 4) to an involuntary AWOLing. Even if you cant fly for a bit cuz of school or something, please let me know and at least I can say I've had contact with you and your not dead. Ok, now I've got that off my chest, time to get onto the report. Enjoy!
 
 
General News;

 - First of all, congratulations to the OFFICIAL new Flight Officer, Fleet Admiral Cyric!!!!
 - The Mission Compendium is back up now! We've also got a new program(or nuisance maybe) to install, which is 'compulsory'. If you do not use the Battle Launcher to fly your battle any HS's will not be acknowledged. You can find the link for it on the TC site once you have logged in, it's on the left hand menu.
 - The All v the Sov competition, "Imperial Storm IV" is currently on, details at http://waroffice.minos.net.
 - The Mission Creation Wars competition has now ended. Congrats to our very own sub-4ft COM who WON and comes away with a Gold Star of the Empire!!! Congrats also to runners up Carl Lost and Viper who each receive Silver Stars.
 - The Flight Office has also changed it's pad, the new site being at http://flightoffice.minos.net - if anyone can help out Cyric with the site, give him a yell :)
 - Newsletters #95 and 96 are now available in zip form, so if your looking to cannibalise/plageurise(sp?) some of Tvan's awesome rendered images you can download em from there :P
 - Within the wing, Viper CMDR, Captain Justin is still accepting apps for a new Flight III Flight Leader.

 - Gonna have to think of some sort of competition or something for my 20th 'anniversary' report as CMDR :)
 - Another congrats to our newest Flight leader, with Arid accepting the position of Krayt Squadron Citations Officer.
 - Been a quiet week this week in the sqd as I said above, has Sav been hogging the Flight Simulators? ;D
 - Free mission comps are on the way boys, aswell as perhaps a one off 'Beat the CMDR' XvT Free competition. I'll let you know as always when they're on :)
