Hey all. Welcome to my 25th report as Krayt Squadron Commander!!! Wow, time flies when your having fun! Anyway, just a few short points before I get onto the report today. One, the Squad has had a very busy week this week, everybody combined flying about 100 missions in total in the last week. So well done to everyone on that, and I hope to see it continued. Secondly, it was good to be able to promote Mike and 4patas from SL to LT this week....congrats to you guys! Last note I want to explain is the lack of any celebratory event or competition for my 25th report. This is because, at this time, the Beer Cup Competition is more important. However, after the Beer Cup comp finishes, we will be getting into some regular free mission comps, and possibly an XWA Melee Skirmish based Squad Comp vs Rage Squadron.

General News;

 - The TCCOM's banner competition is still running, and does not finish until the 27th of this month. More details at http://www.emperorshammer.net/competitions/details.asp?ID=1066 - lets see some entries!

 - The COMM is still after a COMM:A, if you feel you could be of assistance, send AbK an application!

 - After last week, the Science Office didn't slack off any and has bought us an XvT Ship patch. This means no more installing single fighter 'patches', just install this one and they all work. It can be found at the SCO's Patch Archive at http://www.minos.net/~sco/files/games/index320.html.

 - There are also a couple of current HTML/Website competitions to take part in. Both the XO and the ISD Vanguard are having competitions to find themselves a new website. More details on the TC news page.

 - The CA:TAC, VA Philo has also resigned from his position. Apps are being taken, and there is word that Frodo is going for it...so we may have to get ANOTHER COM :(

 - The 'Beer Cup' competition is still going strong - so dont forget to fly TIE-TC 211, XvT-TC 75 and/or XWA-TC 24. Fly what you can so the Intrepid can help the Van pwn the Sov.

 - On the topic of 'owning' the Sov, it seems now that the Imperial Storm IV comp has finished. CMDR CM Chris Cox and I were all set to refly for what was hoped to be the last time, to own the Sov....but it seems as if we've been denied the opportunity to watch the Sov go down in flames :(

 - More promotions in the sqd! Congrats to LT DarkMike and LT S 4patas....who has also sent in a few pilot files!!!

 - Congrats also to Arid for winning the ASF Recruiting 3 Competition. IS-GR comin your way Arid! :)

 - Another milestone in the Squadron too! Congratulations to CPT SavageAz for making it to 2500 FCHG points!! Drinks on Sav! ;)

 - We've had a good showing so far for the 'Beer Cup' Comp, but I'd like to not only get more people to submit files for it, but encourage you all to REFLY them to get higher scores. I, nor the Int's Flags will forget people who refly 3-4 times to get high scores, especially if these high scores are counted in the top 15-20 and end up helping us win! The battles for the comp are TIE TC 211, XWA TC 24 and XvT TC 75. Lets see everyone in the sqd fly at least one of them...then I'll be semi-content ;)

 - Sav, Arid and I missed our chance to fly for the Intrepid Realistic Combat last weekend, but will be trying to meet up again this weekend. If anyone else sees one of us around, I encourage you to fly it and see how you go. You might even catch a few of us and we can setup a team!

 - As above, no new comps or any 25th report 'celebratory' things until the end of the month. For now we must concentrate on one thing.....the 'Beer Cup!!'

 - VA Frodo has also let us know that he has sent in the MWE and we should be showered in MSE medals soon enough! Yeah!
