Hey guys. First things first, GREAT job on the Beer Cup. We ended the comp with 12 submitted pilot files, 6 of which were for XvT....and we finished with the highest submissions total of any squadron in the Wing! I'd also like to congratulate you on the quality of the submissions as many of you finished in respectable places in the top 15/30 lists! I will be starting a new XWA-Free comp early next week (provided TO is around to approve it), so keep an eye out for that to keep you busy for the week! :) Enjoy the slow week, as it wont last too long with the new comps on the horizon ;)

General News;

 - Flight Office site --- http://flightoffice.minos.net/.

 - Both the COO and SO positions are up for applications, Pre-req's are posted on the EH domain.
 - Last call about the TIE/XvT/BoP Ship Patch's - Version 2 for each has just been released. They can be found on the Science Offices' Patch Archive located at http://www.minos.net/~sco/files/games/index320.html.
 - The XO and the ISD Vanguard still have competitions running for new websites. If your interested, more details are on the TC news page.
 - The TAC has filled his TCC positions this week, appointing CM Chris Cox TCC:XvT and MAJ D.T. Hammer TCC:TIE. Currently Chris is chasing some Testers, I have dropped a few names, so some of you will more than likely receive an email from him soonish :)
 - The 'Beer Cup' competition has now finished. The Sov won in points, however the team of the Int and Vanguard won both the XvT and XWA divisions, so for all accounts it's more of a draw. Was a great comp though, and it looks as if there will be more in the future. Full results can be found on the Wing XIV messageboard here - http://theholo.net/mb/viewtopic.php?t=9981.
 - XWA WoW LV has been on this week and is finishing up in about 2 hours, EH is currently in equal 1st place overall, with CPT Ace003 in 3rd place overall! w00t!
 - The EH Census has been released, go to http://cosmic.nailed.org/census/ and vote and answer the questions! The Logistics Office(LO) has also been very pleased with the participation, but obviously the more people answering and giving perspectives the better!
 - The Sov is also now looking for a new Wing Commander after LC Mayk Wolverine retired as Wing IV WC. Details are on the news page.

 - Krayt Squadron at 9 active members, with one more on the way!!!! YAY!

 - LCM Arid has just released his latest Citations Report - see below in the 'Squadron Citations' section of this report. Unfortunately Arid is on semi-leave this month, so he has sent just one Cits report to last us the month. So we have plenty of time to fly what we can to earn citations!!
 - We are also still awaiting the arrival of CT Predator, and judging by Arid's Citations Report, he expects a CT/SL Sly to join us soon aswell...so we may soon be at 11!
 - Our newest LT has made a bright start, being here only a few days and already has earned a LT promotion and flown XvT-TC 75 for the Beer Cup comp. Well done Crush. Another congrats to one of our LT's, this time 4patas for flying 30 missions and earning his Commendation of Bravery! Congrats on your first medal 4patas!
 - Congrats also goes to our other medal winners this week. With the conclusion of the Beer Cup there is a few more still to come!
 - Speaking of the Beer Cup, as above, to cut a long story short it was a 'draw'. As I'm sure most of you have seen, Db also won WC's Own this month too. However this may change in the future as there has been a bit of a 'development' in the scoring. It seems some of the squads 12 pilot files were never counted, but rest assured Gidda, Frodo and myself are ironing things out :)
 - The 'Serve and Protect' XvT-Free Squadron Comp also finished this week. Congrats to LCM Arid Foxtrot for winning the comp with the highest score of 30,380pts, which is also a new High Score! We had good participation in the comp, with 4 submissions, however I would like to see this improve when the next comp, an XWA-Free comp starts next week!
