Squadron News
I would like ALL member of the squadron to report in weekly, it dose not have to be anything special just a mail saying, "your Rank and Name, Reporting As Ordered Sir." LT. Shy was awarded an ISM and appointed Flight Leader of Flight 2, way to go guy.
I am going to start some thing new the first of the year after the holidays. It's a MIA/KIA system, basically it's a glorified AWOL Check, if I do not receive any type of info on activity form a member of the squadron for three weeks you are marked MIA(Missing In Action), you will have another three weeks to report in or show activity, if you are MIA for two terms you are presumed KIA(Killed In Action), you will have 3 weeks to report in or show activity or you will be removed from the squadron roster and sent to the Frigate Phoenix. I believe this system is more then fair, it gives you nine weeks to do something or be, inessential, AWOLed. This of course dose not mean just because you have nine weeks report in ever eighth week. I will also consider how often members are active and MIA/KIA when it comes time for promotions.
