I. Introduction
A wave of leaves had begun. Many officers wants to spend Christmass with their families. D.T. will be going on leave from 22 December to 03 January. During his absence, I'll be Acting Wing Commander. Fortunatelly, Wing XIX Commander - LC Daniel Goad has agreed to process BSFs from Wing XVIII CMDRs, so if you have any, send them to him.
Buther Squadron has new member! Once again, welcome COL Fenn Logan!
The 'Big Bad War' is nearly at end. Send your submissiont to DT until 31 December! Scores will be released when DT gets back from leave.
