THE OPENING SHOTS

Hello my children...*shudders and stops talking like an Anglican priest* This is my first WSR leading this wonderful assortment of TIE Corps Pilots, and of course GWSOoM members. I must admit I did not expect to ever recieve command of this squad, since AK was chosen and at the time I thought he would be a strong leader...but enough of that now, I didn't come here to talk about small people. I am here to mould you all into a unit which will be able to challenge the Snake Boys - namely, the pilots of the ISD Intrepid. Along with the other 5 fine squadrons on board this ship, we should be able to pip them of a victory in the upcoming Supremacy Comp. But enough patriotic crap, time to kick-start this WSR.

NEWS FROM THE FRONT

"Squadron Division" (formally known as the Swimsuit Competition)

• Joey C (yes, I just spoke in the third person, so sue me :P ) was assigned as CMDR
  
• CPT Ulath saw the light and transferred to Odin from the ISD Vanguard, taking Hunterwolf's spot as Flight Leader for Flight II
  
• Yes, as I mentioned earlier, AK and Hunterwolf have both left the Grey Wolf...note when I say together, I do not mean "holding hands" kind of together...¬_¬
  
• LCM Lenvik also saw the light, leaving the position of Python CMDR, also on the Vanguard, to take my place as Flight Leader for Flight III. Those who need to report in to him, make everyone happy, especially me...you know you wanna make me happy ;)

"Ship Division" (used to be known as the Formal Wear Competition)

• Pilots zipping, left right and centre! I can't keep track! Losing control Houston! Losi********static********
  Some of those pilots were Drax, leaving us to return to the Vanguard ( wow we've really got a fetish for the Vanguard lately ) to take command of Mantis Squadron. But Tartarus is yet again a full squadron, thanks to MAJ Raxis Krieger returning from the RSV's, helped by Chrissy, Trenty and myself :P
• COM Sarin is still on his way through the gauntlet of admin. required to come home from Iraq, hope he returns soon.
• The Caption Comp results haven't been released, due to a lack of impartial judge i.e Sarin

"Fleet Division" (earlier known as the Talent Competition)

• Well the Message Boards went down, which was a major pain...for those who spam that is. Myself, I was glad to see them being revived. The link is the old one again, http://ehnet.org/mb These new boards utilise the ELS, so be sure to look into that.
• The COMM also vanished, along with said boards...how nice of him...*sets the Monks on him* Applications are being taken, IRC-whores are encouraged to apply.
• The Challenge(d) has lost a COM and got a COM. RA Phantom has decided to take up the post of Commodore for the struggling ship. Good lucky Phanty!
• Something good happened to SarkDaber (hell, something good always happens to him)

SPEECH FROM THE GENERAL

Nope, I'm not a General, this is just the rather odd way I'm setting out my WSR this week. Next week I'll probably settle down, get rehab for my red cordial problem, and write properly. Who knows. With two new Flight Leaders and a new CMDR bear with us while we examine each of you, some by strip-searching, until we find out some sort of vague routine to run this squad with. So tolerate us, because all three of us are Aussie and can dish out far better insults than anyone here...save for Kelh it seems...

FL/CPT Ulath: I considered taking some IWATS, but I couldn't find the link, an the new message boards wouldn't accept my login.
Am currently planning hideous gruesome revenge on members of the Science Office.
FM/MAJ Pickled Yoda : Erm………mIRC contact and MB activity, knowing Yoda. No illegal drug trafficking or anything of the like.
FM/MAJ Z'Harm Kelh Gasu`lk : He reported in, told me he was made to report in and insulted me all in one sentence. We're going to get on well, I foresee….:P
Flight Comment: My first week! Getting off to a good start…….maybe I'll go fly some battles or some such.
