Paperwork, paperwork, always some admin formality to take care of, the Commander was itching to get back out there, flying and doing his duty, but of course, these other tasks were his duty! Anyway, monthly evaluations out of the way, another exam under his belt, two more Squadron Competitions starting and work being put into a possible new 'between-CO' communications area. He was keeping himself busy and things were OK. Must get flying soon though, must get flying...

"Gentlemen, in-squadron comms are looking a little more positive and things are going OK, but we do need still more activity. I've added two new Fury Competitions this month, so hopefully there'll be something there for everyone. If not, and you'd rather see something else, let me know, I'm sure I can come up with something for you. Your Evals have been sent off to our WC, so that wipes the slate clean and now we begin a new month - if everyone puts in a better performance than last month, then that's all I ask - unfortunately, we still have two pilots that are completely unaccounted-for, though."

• Every week I expect every Pilot to REPORT IN, Though there are currently no AWOL's being processed, please don't let that breed complacency..

Several other Squads are beginning to record good activity and many individuals are flying again as can be attested to by the Pilot Kill Board. Fury has many talented individuals in it's ranks - let's make it a great Squadron once more!

As I've mentioned before - ALL of you are expected to contact me each week with your intended activity or reasons for inactivity. This seems to be filtering through as I am getting more communications from you, thank you - but we also need to see more flying. Several of you have reported RL issues and that's fine, but when these issues mean that you are unable to fly for months on end, then we must ask whether a move to the RSV's is not the better option - even if temporarily.

Anyway, for those who are interested in flying we are now looking at 'upping' our citation-count. Since losing COL Golbez Harvey to the RSV's our numbers have halved to 8, so my plan is to mail-out to you a list of ALL Battles that are just one away from gaining a Squadron Citation in the hope that it will 'help' in choosing a Battle that will gain your squadron more. This month I myself will be moving over from flying TIE Free Missions to TIE Battles in the hope that this will also gain some lost ground..

My weekly report is one-day early this week as I will be away from my computer for the weekend. It would be nice to return to some activity or Competition-entries =)
