Krayt Squadron - Weekly Squadron Report

Well well well....after all that running around and getting nagged to help out by parents...Christmas Day in Australia is now over! On that note, welcome to my WSR! Anyway, short report this week, as it's early, and you guys are busy opening or enjoying presents, company and f00d! Most of you will probably not get to this until Friday or Saturday anyway, but there isn't anything life threatening here to worry about. The only thing that is of real note, is the fact that I am going away again <sigh> (yay I get to sit in a car for 6hrs again!) until Tuesday. If any of you have actually recovered from Christmas and started flying again before I return, I will be very surprised, but in such a case you can email any pilot files to WC Gidda and cc myself so they can be BSF'd. Like I said before though, if you hold onto them until my return I will do them as soon as I get back :) Thats about it I think.....ENJOY CHRISTMAS and if I dont see you before, have a great New Year!!!!
 
 
General News;

 - VA Sarin has officially been announced as COO. Good luck to him and I'm sure we all hope for a brighter MP future with him in charge.
 - The EH Census is still up, go to http://cosmic.nailed.org/census/, if your looking for an excuse to stay away from the relations, complete the Census ;)
 - The IO is currently running a SquadFirst+ bug search, so if any of you have used it or tried to and have come up with errors, pass them on to the IO staff and they will try and fix all the probs in their latest release.
 - As I mentioned earlier, the IO's office has now created new messageboards for the EH. To be able to use them, you must have an ELS handle. If you dont, go register and get yours at http://els.minos.net/register.php so you can access the new boards. The boards themselves have also moved back to their old URL of http://www.ehnet.org/mb/index.php. If you have any problems signing up to ELS, get onto IRC and someone should be able to help you :)
 - As Sarin has been promoted to COO, the position of Mutt-COM was open. Congrats to newly fleabitten Mutt-COM RA Gilad! As usually happens when a WC is promoted to COM, the WC position on the GW is open for apps....if you feel like howling all night, licking your <censored> and such, go ahead and apply :)
 - OPS now has a new website, check it out @ http://www.ehoperations.com.
 - MORE XWA BATTLES! Thats what TAC Mike is now pleading....and I agree....we are seriously lacking in SP battles and free's for the best SW flying game out. If you know how to make battles, get to work....after you've finished your Christmas cake of course ;)
 - One last thing.....if your bored tomorrow after christmas and/or you get crappy gifts, why not try your hand at the current XvT WoW? LoC's, a DFC and IS's up for grabs for the top ASFers as always!

I hope everyone is having fun and enjoying themselves and their company on Christmas and the surrounding days and that everyone returns from the break safe and well. However, if you do come home a few pounds heavier, or with a penchant for fruitcake we will work(beat?) that out of you pretty quickly! ;P
