SADHE SQUADRON REPORT
Commander Zexipher Van Taelyan reporting in for Sadhe Squadron on Jan.17, 2003,
Greetings pilots, thank you for gathering here today in the Sadhe conference room. We recently added a mini bar in the corner to get drinks before and after meetings. Take a few moments now to get a drink if you'd like, compliments go to Arso in Wing XI for stealing this collection of alcohol for our personal consumptions. Now if you're all ready I'll get on with today's report.
In Fleet News:
- There have been individuals who have been miss reporting violations and making complains. If you would like to report a violation or a complaint please contact me first, and then the Wing Commander. This is the simplest and easiest way to deal with problems.
- If you are flying a battle, you cannot skip a mission! It is not allowed and battles where you skipped missions will be removed from your profile. All the battles are playable.
- There is a TIE Corps Banner Design Competition coming up for the entire fleet. If you have skills in graphic design feel free to submit for this comp. Winner will
receive an IS-GB. Send all submissions to spellfire@btinternet.com
In Squadron News and Activities:
- In top of the squadron news, Sadhe vs. Vampire Competition is going on now! This competition will be taking place using all 3 platforms, fly any and all you can by Jan. 27th! The missions to fly are XWA Free #68, XvT Free #78 and TIE Free #208. Winner will be decided based on averages in each platform as well as winning on more platforms. Good luck!
- There is a new online tutorial available to those who are interesting in finding their way into #airlock21, the official gathering point for Wing V personnel. Go to http://www.geocities.com/zexipher/access.html if you are interested and are not sure how. The tutorial is quite thorough.
- If anybody is interested and would like to take on the task of creating a new webpage for Sadhe squadron. A general webpage with help info, info about the various ships in the squad, maybe a few tactical pages. Some pages about TIE, XvT and XWA. Basically a very general, yet very informative webpage that could be sent to prospective pilots to seal their decision to join Sadhe Squadron. A great webpage would make them afraid not to join.
- Don't forget about multiplayer comps if you want to prove your skills mano y mano against other pilots in the fleet. A list of competitions can be found on the TIE Corps News web page on the right side menu.
- We got a citation! Thanks to our new cadet, and now already Lieutenant Aresis. Thank you to everyone who has flown TC-XWA1.
In Roster Changes:
- LT Queek Dengar, has gone AWOL and was removed from the squadron.
- Alexi Vonelv transfered out of the squadron.
- SL Aresis Lothorekith has joined Sadhe Squadron, and has already received a promotion to Lt. Congrats!
In Wing News and Activities:
- Benjamin Jahou Morgan won the Pet Comp, hope Frodo enjoys his new pet, congrats to you! :)
- Take some IWATS tests. Catch up on your JavaScript skeelz.
- Wing wants you to fly as many missions as you can, because FCHG points are never a bad thing.
