Week two..and things have slowed down..I think you guys are starting to let everyone down. I understand that school has gone back and I have my own share of school work (5-7 hours worth) and a life outside of the TC..but you need to check in..and be active to get any promotions or rewards..

Since I am new I guess I need to tell you guys what I expect of you. Since the reports are due in Tuesday I would like for all pilot files to be in to me by Monday night, Tuesday afternoon at the latest. I expect each of you to do some kind of activity every week be it IWATS, helping a superior officer, flying, graphics, fiction..something But you have to let me know about your activity I am not a mind reader guys.
