13th week of command
News
-Wasp Squadron has received the Wing Commanders Own award for November and October, congrats to us all for getting top honours 2 months in a row.
-SL Pistol has been Promoted to Lieutenant, congrats!!!
-LCM Xeraan has set up an new bot in the Wasp Channel, good job
-LCM Coranel Both has been promoted to the possition of FL2 (2-1) congrats, keep up the good work.
-MSE medals have been awarded, congrats to Coranel Both an myself for getting the Bronze Star, Xander Drax for a PC and Xuraan for the ISM, good work all.
Status
-Recruitment is of the utmost importance, we must reach our December objectve, which is 12 pilots total. We only have to recruit 3 more befor December 25th, that’s 19 days left from today so get to it!!
-The battle of the week is XWA TC 2 it can be downloaded at http://www.emperorshammer.net/battles/battle.asp?record=265and I have also attached it to this e-mail for those of you that are way too lazy.
(the battle of the week will stay the same until we have a citation for that battle)
-We need to work on activity and communication if we want to get WC own for December so step it up people!
Public Relations
-I think that us CMDRs should start talking a bit more with each other, so to get the ship running better.
-Comp with Echo will start when we get a new TO, (sorry about the wait Dan)
-3 FM spots left in the squadron, come be part of this unique thing called Wasp.

-flight 3 might be coming out of its slump soon, a couple things are changing and the situation is getting better.
-Xuraan says that we got WC's Own, and congradulates everyone but he also thinks that things are a bit too quiet, so talk to him (hehe)

Recruitment Office
-We are moving in on our objective of 12 pilots, but time is running short so get to it and recurit, remember to informe, CMDR Nightmare of your recruitment situation and progress.
-Recruit old friends from the RESERVES and help cadets still in there training
-When online, see if you can get to #wasp_squadron...i plan on telling potential CT's to be there (you should all do the same)
-RECRUIT!!!!!!!!!! only 3 more pilots and we can finaly kill this section, after that I will never tell you to recruit again (unless we lose people)

All Sub-Lieutenants should Read this section Carefully:
Getting promoted to full Lieutenant is one of the easyest things to do in your Tie Corps career and it can be done fast. Here is what you can do to get promoted:
-go to http://www.emperorshammer.net/battles/battletypes.asp and download a battle, follow the instructions included with that battle, fly it and send me the pilot file, I will BSF(Battle Submission Form) the file and you will get credit for it. But since we presently do not have the permission to log into the datebase, I canot BSF your pilot files (tfr files for Tie, plt files for XvT and XWA) so you wont get promoted fast this way.
-An other way is to do an IWATS (Imperial Weapons And Tactics School) Course, just go to http://www.emperorshammer.net/iwats.asp and select the cours you want to do. This is probably the best way to get your promotion.
-Another good way is to go online and participat in a Multiplayer Competition, the schedule is located on the lower right hand side of http://www.emperorshammer.net/news.asp This might be the hardest one of them all, because MP is HARD. But it is the one I like the best.
Just remember, do which ever you want, but do it as soon as you can, so that you can become an LT.
