*Squadron News:
*Squadron Tactical Officer is now LCM Choosh Grats!
*Recruiting. This is a big must, I would like to get this squadron up and running. Do whatever you need to to get pilots, (except recruiting from other squads.) Comb the RSVs for people looking to rejoin.
*Squadron Command Staff, This seemed to work really well in my other squadron on the Intrepid so I am establishing it here as well. Look Below for info.

Squadron Systems Engineer: TBA (Responsible to create and keep updated the squadron website)
Squadron Citations Officer: CPT Con Selar (Responsible for keeping an updated tally and record of Citations)
Squadron Communications Officer: TBA (Responsible for keeping squadron egroups updated and looking for info about relevant TC topics on the MBs.)
Squadron Tactical Officer: LCM Choosh (Finds battles to fly for citations, finds squadrons to run competitions against.)
APPLICATIONS BEING ACCEPTED FOR THESE ABOVE POSITIONS. Note Weekly reports are due for these by Thursday, no later. I expect activity and I know these positions help with Command responsibilities as well as Report Writing. This is you challenge to take part in squadron affairs.

Here is my TAC report, enjoy.
Weekly battle/mission:
All squadron members-XvT-TC-17 (yes i had technical difficulties with
it, but i flew it a couple weeks ago, when i redownloaded it, and it worked
then, so it should work now)
LCM Choosh, CPT Con Selar- completed XvT-TC-17, should fly XvT-TC-48.

Competition ideas:(These are all comp ideas i've thought of, no target
squadrons though, tell me what you think)
Duel: 2 squadrons, each squad chooses best MP pilot, the two choices
battle it out on an agreed upon platform for the normal 5/5, winning pilot
wins comp for his/her squadron.
Squadron Duel: 2 squads, all pilots that can attend go to a
predetermined MP competion in #ehcoc, all pilots fly all pilots in the other
squad. The squadron with the most wins, wins the comp.
FCHG Duel: any # of squadrons, each sqad chooses best SP pilot, the
two choices earn as many FCHG for a predetermined time period, pilot with
the highest gain in FCHG wins comp for his/her squadron.
FCHG Race: any # of squadrons, all pilots in each squad fly SP for a
predetermined time period, highest total squad gain in FCHG wins comp
(variations of FCHG Duel and FCHG Race: Race for a certain gain in FCHG the
pilot/suadron that gains that amount of FCHG first wins, instead of a time
period.)
High Score: any # of squadrons, all pilots in each squad fly a
predetermined battle or mission in one week, piliot with the highest mission
score (one mission) or battle score(for a battle) wins the comp for his/her
squadron.
Tell me what you think, feel free to add any other comp ideas, and ask the
squad what they think we should do. Do you think i should post portions of
