Competition News

-WC has restructured Comp/Awards system starting in November.  Colossus Statistics

-ECR Phase II completed, get ready for Phase III (flying comp).

Official Standing Orders
 
Anyone not following these is subject to being removed immediately.
 
1. I demand all FMs to contact their Flight Leaders at least once a week, either by email, ICQ or IRC etc.
 
2. I expect everyone to participate in all competitions, except when there is a clash with important RL events, i.e. exams, illness etc.  If you're planning on taking a leave, make sure you update your personal profile by activating your Leave Status.

3. I want everyone to fly as much as they can and, alternatively (or in addition to that), you can create graphics, write fiction or create missions, etc.  Remember:  minimum in and minimum out.

4. Flight Leaders - You will report to me at the end of each week detailing which of members of their flight have or haven't reported in and what they've done during the past week. You shall forward me any TFRs, fiction, graphics etc. you receive from your pilots. You must fly at least 1 battle plus the competition mission every week or your status may be removed.

5. Fly on 'HARD' without cheats whenever in a competition.

CMDR's Corner

I've been spending the week sorting out my access to the data base/egroup message board, and getting to know a few of you who have popped into #ISD_Colossus.  For the upcoming week I'll be considering some roster changes, namely appointing a FL II.

A reminder:  fly TIE-TC# 138 by next Saturday for Wing Top Gun if you haven't already done so.  Also get ready for ECR Phase III, the flying portion of the competition.  Even though the Wing seems to be out of the competition point-wise, I'd still like to have a strong turnout to showcase our collective piloting skills.

MSEs will be completed as normal, so I ask that each of you send me a summary of your activity for the month.  Please include any missions, IWATs, fictions, battles created, etc...  Please get them to me by November 30th.

Got any ideas for a competition?  Want to challenge another squadron to a "friendly" match?  Feel free to make suggestions!
