Hey Squadron Report for October 27th through September 3rd 2002.

Hey Hey! Time for another Hey Squadron Report. Another kinda quiet week
went by, but we have some fairly big news to report, so let's do it!

SQUADRON NEWS
-------------

LT Pokemaster was awarded two Legions of Combat for multiplayer victories.
Congratulations! He also did quite well on a couple IWATS courses.

I've just recieved another pilot file for our competition with Delta
Squadron. This one's from CM Maw'la. Heh, gonna have to get used to typing
"CM" instead of "LCM".

We have until the 11th of this month to fly XWA-TC #23 for the above
mentioned competition. Everyone capable of flying, please do! I want to
see us win this one.

WING NEWS

MAJ Aeishline Strathaven was appointed as our new Wing Commander.
Congratulations Ash!

CPT Darkmage was selected as the new Beth Squadron Commander. Congrats!

CM Grzmot of Gimel Squadron was appointed as Gimel's new CMDR and promoted
to CM. Congratulations!

Yes, we lost ORW2 this time, cause we didn't participiated in the 1st War,
last week. However from next week on, we are going to rock in this Comp. We
got only the half of the matches of some other clubs, cause this was our 1st
time! :-) However, I thank you all for participiating, and encourage all MP
Pilots to join #OuterRim again next Saturday on 14:00 EST (7:00 pm EST).

Vice Admiral Brakka has retired as COM of the ISD Intrepid. Taking his place
is Rear Admiral Wil Striker, the Ship's former Wing Commander. And replacing
Striker as WC is Colonel Duncan Idaho. Congratulations to both of these
Officers.

Also announcing his resignation as Commodore of the ISD Vanguard is Rear
Admiral Ekim. Applications for a new COM are being accepted and should be
sent to VA Darksaber and LC Tarkin.

We will participiate in Outer Rim War 2. Yes, I overthought it good and I
read the rules carefully and I think, that we are good enough to win this
comp. For more details, please go to here. The Combat Calendar will be
updated ASAP. So, everyone will be invited to join the War agianst the Rebel
Squadrons, and other clubs. If you got questions, feel free to eMail me. I
suggest everyone to read the rules before playing, cause not to know rules
