OK, I admit it, I actually stole that line from Reb, but I couldn't
think of a good opener this time. :P


Squadron News
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯

- Our competition vs. Sin has been approved by the TO. It will run for
four weeks, starting next monday. Every week one TIE-Free mission
must be flown. The squadron's score will be determined by the sum of
submitted scores divided by the number of pilots in the squadron.
Translation: Non-flyers will cost us a lot of points, so fly. I
guess one mission per week isn't too much. :P
Each squadron's top-scorer for the four weeks will earn an IS-BW.
Mission for the first week will be TIE-Free 137 (attached).

- Algaron has done a major update to our homepage, and it looks
absolutely great! :)
Very good work Algy, way to go!

- The Sov Battle of the Month comp is over, but we have no results yet
because AD Proton has a busy RL atm. But he said results would be
out soon.

- My OPS boss Howie awarded me the GS. Drinks are on me. :)

Squadron Orders

- Fly the first mission for Kappa vs. Sin. It's "The Baker's Dozen",
FT 137. Algy and me have already flown it for some occasion, and if
I remember right, it was a fun but not that easy mission in an
unshielded craft. The mission is attached, deadline is Monday,
November 18th.

- Try to recruit new pilots to fill up Kappa's ranks.

- New Wing XIII WC (FA Priyum Patel)
Congratulations go out to Major Hev Randrowan who has been selected
as the new Wing Commander for Wing XIII.

- Flight Office Command Attaché (FA Priyum Patel)
I have decided to appoint former ASF BGCOM, Admiral Cyric, as my
Command Attaché. He will be helping me with various administrative
duties, but these will NOT include the general upkeep of the TIE
Corps rosters. Therefore it is not necessary to CC him on routine
Flight Office emails.

Cause of some reason I can edit my news posted before so I add the

- Outer Rim War 2 Score (VA Kyle Katarn)
Yes, we lost ORW2 this time, cause we didn't participiated in the
1st War, last week. However from next week on, we are going to rock
in this Comp. We got only the half of the matches of some other
clubs, cause this was our 1st time! :-) However, I thank you all for
participiating, and encourage all MP Pilots to join #OuterRim again
next Saturday on 14:00 EST (7:00 pm EST).

- More Flag Appointments (FA Priyum Patel)
Vice Admiral Brakka has retired as COM of the ISD Intrepid. Taking
his place is Rear Admiral Wil Striker, the Ship's former Wing
Commander. And replacing Striker as WC is Colonel Duncan Idaho.
Congratulations to both of these Officers.

Also announcing his resignation as Commodore of the ISD Vanguard is
Rear Admiral Ekim. Applications for a new COM are being accepted and
should be sent to VA Darksaber and LC Tarkin.

- TC Battlegroups Commander Email Change (FA Priyum Patel)
Vice Admiral Krax Tarnisar has changed his email address to
Krax@ehnet.org. Please update your address books accordingly.
