This past week was a pretty busy one, I started school and work increased but…I did see EP III on the ‘big screen’. The ‘big screen’ wasn’t very big and the sound was not what I expected but it was still good nonetheless. I won several items on ebay the other day (w00t!), one of which was the audio CD’s of the Revenge of the Sith novel, plus I also got that novel and it's Prequel, Labyrinth of Evil novel from Border's the other day…pretty interesting books.

I know that we are all busy, some more than others, but I ask and your CMDR’s ask that you fly for comps, even if you feel your abilities as a pilot is pretty bad, fly it anyway. Any points that we as a wing can get are important!

- I’m missing 2 MSE’s…those who have sent them in already thank you. The other 2, send them in ASAP or your pilots won’t get any credit if they have not done anything outside of IWATS or flying from the Mission Comp.

-Battle Alert: Sovereign engaged in combat with Avenger Task Force at Korriban; be prepared to fly TIE and XvT singleplayer missions to be distributed within one day to be due on Thursday June 9th.

Imperial Storm V: Battle Alert: The Avenger Task Force is to engage the Sovereign Battlegroup in combat at the planet Korriban. We are facing their entire fleet which consists of 2 Imperial Star Destroyers, 2 DREADs, 1 CRCK, 4 T/A squads, 4 T/B squads and 2 T/F squads. They'll be going up against our fleet of VSD, ESC, A/FRG, GSP, 6 T/D squads, 1 T/A squad, 6 ATRs, and 1 E/S.

The date of the multiplayer match will be Wednesday June 8th, 5pm EST in #isd_predator. The TIE and XvT missions are being created and will be given to both sides within a day. The more pilots we get to fly these singleplayer missions, the better chance we have of saving ships in the multiplayer engagement.

I need XWA pilots who can fly for the multiplayer engagement.

Admiral Proton is back!: Good old Proton is back, can you believe it!? For the newer pilots who don't know who he is, he was the previous Sovereign Commodore before I came in. He left a legendary mark on the Sovereign as well as very dirty quarters! Welcome back Proton. Glad you're back in the fleet serving the fleet.

Oh yeah, he's the Flight Officer's Command Attache. So reports will be going to him now.


Behavioral Notes to all Personnel: Just a quick note. Do not edit pilot files or mission files. This is considered cheating and you will more than likely be caught. There was one incident of cheating on the ship and an automatic demotion to sub-lieutenant occurred as well as stripping away of all FCHG and high scores. I hate to see that happen, just don't cheat please.

Also, please do not skip any missions. This isn't considered cheating but it is preferred that you not skip missions in a battle. If there's a bug issue please contact TAC or your CMDR.

Off Topic: Thought I'd mention this to the ship. I have finally graduated from college! Yeah, it took me about ...... 7 years!!! Anyways, I got it finally and I'm happy. I'll be walking this next saturday. What a joy! So you can all drop off graduation gifts at the bridge. And for those of you who have quarters at the hangar....thats nearly a 9km walk back to the bridge =P

Brin has had the swelling in his ribs increase and so he can't type.
He's asked I send this email to everyone to tell you all he's okay and
hasn't forgotten about you. He brusing should go in the next few days.

He has also asked his Commanders (what kind of club is this?) to be
wary about the 'SP ladder' submissions - apparently some of the files
need to be processed as soon as you can get them done so that they can
be included in an Iron Creator competition.

So, apparently my son is part of a internet pretend-military

Imperial Storm - Battle for Korriban Results
12:06 - HA Priyum Patel

After a fierce struggle over the azure skies of Korriban, the Sovereign team has emerged victorious! Decimating the ATF's first wave, they forced their opposing team into a swift retreat, inflicting minor damage on the fleeing ships while securing their position in orbit. This means that the Sovereign team will now have captured the planet at the end of Turn 5.
However, thanks to their Single Player results, the ATF team has managed to save enough points to ensure that a TIE Advanced squadron was saved from the onslaught. Well done to the ATF Pilots. The full details of the losses inflicted on both sides can be seen on the War Office site.
I thought I'd release some statistics from the war game so far:

AES Squadron CMDR Sought

VA Gidda has decided to start accepting applications for the position of Avenger Squadron Commander from now in order to avoid a lack of leadership in the ASF Elite squadron when GN Nightmare will transfer to Reserves at the end of this month.
Candidates must have passed the SM/3 course (preferred: MP and AMP). They must know very well the multiplayer aspects of XvT and/or XWA and of course they must be active multiplayer pilots themselves. Other than that it is required a fast email response time, the ability to work with other ASF Officers for the creation of multiplayer events and no HCI convictions whatsoever in your record.
If you met those requirements and if you think to be the right person for the job send your application to BGCOM Gidda including a brief list of activities you would run as new AES CMDR.

Once per week, I will be choosing an IWATS course, ANYONE who completes that IWATS Course during that specific week will get an IS-BR. (This means if you can figure out week 4 and don't have it and pass the course you get a medal!)

Also, if you complete at least 2 of 4 IWATS courses selected every 4 weeks at any point during the 4 weeks, you will get an IS-SR in addition to any IS-BRs you may have obtained from completing a course in the appropriate week.

Anyone who completes all 4 IWATS courses at any point during the 4 week period will receive an IS-GR in addition to any IS-BRs obtained from completing a course in the appropriate week.
