A good week!!! Deserving of many exclamation marks. We've gained 2 pilots, while ive heard from every single one of you (except Rabbit). We're leading the mail wars, while overall activity has increased... suffice to say i'm impressed - up to now its been 7 weeks of pretty much silence...
One major point. While Roulex is active, i nonethelees will be adjusting the roster to change Shield 2-1. I need an XO who can take the strain my absence, preferably active :P Therefore, expect some position changes in the next week as i muck around...

Recruitment Banner Comp
Make a banner (or better yet, template) that I can use to send recruitment emails. We want to take our recruiting to the next level, and I think sending flashy recruitment emails with some GFX can help. The rules are: keep it appropriate, try to have a "strength in unity" theme, and most of all KEEP THE SIZES SMALL. I'll get in trouble if I spam people with very large files :P
Email Wars
This is a comp to stimulate communications. Most points at the end of may wins. You get points by: 3 points for starting a new thread over the wing group, 2 for starting one over the squad group. These emails should be at least a paragraph, and have some substance. 1 point per reply to any of these emails. 2 points for starting a new (substantive) thread on the Wing message board, 1 point per reply. 1/2 point every time I (randomly) see you talking on IRC. If I've left out any comm forms, let me know, and I'll come up with points for them.
