Yup, this is my second report. Second one that is late and my last one as Rage CMDR. My career haven't been too intensive :P I decided to resign because of health problems, yet - atfer reconsideration - I'm staying in ATF. I think that the next CMDR will have much to do, guys. We aren't neither too active nor too large squadron :(

IWCOM Open For Applications
GA Astatine
Overview
The position of Infiltrator Wing Commander (IWCOM) involves the day-to-day operations and oversight of the subgroup, as well as development, implementation and follow-through of competitions and other activities for the entire subgroup. Appointment and review of IW command staff are also key duties for this position.
Selection Criteria – Essential
- Experience at some level of command.
- Good written communication skills
- An acceptable level of presence in online media, such as IRC, message boards, etc.
- Fast email response time.
- The ability to work with a wide range of EH personnel, including the Fleet Commander.
Selection Criteria – Desirable
- Proven evidence of exceptional performance in a command position
- Prior experience in the Infiltrator Wing.
Addressing the Selection Criteria
When addressing the selection criteria, you must supply supporting evidence to back up your claim of meeting the criteria. A generally accepted model is the STAR model, where you outline a Situation, Task, Action and Resolution relating to the criteria. You should meet at least the essential criteria to be considered for the position.
References
You must include at least three (3) references in your application. At least one must be a current or former superior (preferably current). Ensure you have their permission first. If it is found out that you have used someone's name without their permission, your application will be disqualified.
Performance Management
Performance will be evaluated in a number of key areas. These include submission of reports, number of complaints from members, online conduct, achieving tasks and duties outlined in the Training Manual, as well as tasks outlined in the EH Tasks List for this position. Above average performance will be rewarded, while below average performance, if continual, will result in removal from the position.

ASFBGCOM and ISD GreyWolf Com Selected!

I have selected a new ASF BGCOM and a new ISD Grey Wolf Com. I realize that it has only been two days since I posted for applications, but I didn't give a deadline for a reason...I wanted to see who was the most interested in the positions and who has the online frequency need for the positions, especially for the ASF BGCOM position.
With this in mind I have selected VA Gidda as the next ASF BGCOM.
For the ISD GreyWolf, the current WC, LC Crimsonfury has been promoted to the rank of RA and given command of the Grey Wolf!

Iron Mission Creation Match reminder!

Just a reminder that there is an Iron Mission Creation match between CPT Daar Skeloria and FA Den Darkhill this sunday at 1300hrs EST.
This is a semi-final match, hence the winner will go on to the finals.

Prefect Open For Applications

Overview
The position of Prefect requires an individual well versed in Star Wars first person shooter (FPS) games and other appropriate platforms for the Hammer's Fist. The successful candiate will be expected to be a leader in the adoption of Star Wars and non-Star Wars platforms for his subgroup.
Selection Criteria – Essential
- Experience at some level of command.
- Good written communication skills
- An acceptable level of presence in online media, such as IRC, message boards, etc.
- Fast email response time.
- The ability to work with a wide range of EH personnel, including the Executive Officer and Fleet Commander.
Selection Criteria – Desirable
- Proven experience in turning around an aspect of the EH
- Prior experience in the organisation of large scale competitions and activity events
Initial Work Plan
- Generation of consistent activity within the Hammer's Fist
- Draft an implementation plan for the use of Star Wars Battlefront and other game platforms in the Hammer's Fist.

Freeworlds Update

The new Freeworlds Server is back up and play as resumed. The new server's IP is 209.200.19.44. All characters and previous settings have been restored. One thing that has changed is that all Krath are now on the Empire's Kill On Sight list. Any EHers with Krath characters must suspend use of either Krath or Imperial tags while hostilities exist.
Further, I'll be removing all Eidolon, Argosy and Rapax entries from our user list tonight. If you have not yet created an EH-F or EH-S pilot, now is your last chance. Please email me to get added.
