Squadron News: « Squadron CMDR selected, um.. me somewhat obviously « Hammer Website Created. Epic has done some excellent work setting up a new Hammer website, it's now linked to the Tiecorp roster and will soon contain enough information and links to make it a useful resource for you guys ¬ I placed a side bet on the Wing Commander's challenge. If Voort beats me in round one, I'll get my hair cut. This may not seem like much but I've just had my first haircut in about 7 years and I'm still looking quite shaggy. So far, my submission is awaiting confirmation of a new HS so Voort may have his work cut out. « Transparisteel is a universal concept, coffee is not - where's the sense in that?
Ongoing Competitions: « NEW! Show me your war face! We all do it, we can't help it, when we're deep in concentration, flying the heck out of our ships pilots are prone to pulling some pretty strange faces and that's what I want for next week. Set your webcam up to take shots of you while you're flying and send me your favourite contortions. If you can't get your cam to do this, fake it. IS-BR for the funniest shot, closing date: Fri 16th July ¬Wing Commander's Challenge Participation in round seems to have been quite good, round 2 begins tomorrow (9th) and it's even easier, just free missions this time. Don't forget you can also settle these matches in MP if you prefer.
