This should have been report # 42, but since I was so damn busy at work last week and skipped last friday’s report, this one will be only # 41:P
This report will talk about last 2 week’s activity, which is actually inexistent, so that’s what we’ll talk about.

COMMANDER’S OFFICE
Since SC ended, lots of things changed in this squadron. Some pilots left and other were transferred into Tartarus.
Yet, for the last 3 months there were no activity.
This becomes alarming and on the other hand it’s a shame! I understand that everyone is very busy , including me, but this squadron needs to be brought back to life!
Make an effort please! At least I am taking care of my CMDR duties the best way I know how.
I know you all are busy, but I would apreciate some activity…of any kind:P
If you read the other reports of mine, you probably remember when I said I need to find someone to take my place one day. If you didn’t , you can read them now…I updated our roster page so all reports are in it now.
And no, I won’t be stepping down untill someone proves to me he deserves this squadron and also make me sure things will go for the better.
Looking to the present roster, I don’t see anyone really interested. And I don’t want you to misunderstand me…you are the best pilots I have ever had, my best friends and I love and respect you all. But what we need is a full time CMDR to bring this squadron back to what it’s used to be. Unfortunatelly it seems that I’m no longer able to do that.
That’s why I want you to start recruiting and find me the one who deserves CMDR position.
There will come a time when I’ll have to step down and I want someone really good to take my place.
Lol…in fact, I will choose that one if I find him, otherwise you’ll just be stuck with me forever:P
So, in case this happens, I suggest you start having some activity around here. For your own sake:P
So do you think you can make an effort and get together?
Lest’s make Tartarus look as a squadron again, not as a list of officers on leave.

What am I doing wrong?
Starting this report (lol…like I said several reports ago:P) I open this new section where I would like to post your honest oppinions about the way I’m leading this squadron.
Well, i am not necessary expecting all oppinions to be this positive:P
The day i will feel you will realise how much i care for you…i will be a happy CMDR!

I really think we had vacation long enough. It’s time to get some action!
I am going to take a few days leave and take my daughter to the coutry as she’s on vacation, but I’ll be back monday. And I hope to have news from all of you till then!
