::Preface::

Hello everyone. Welcome to my very first report as CMDR of Omicron! I know I have not been a CMDR for a full week yet, but I would like to start early. All I expect from my pilots is to try their best and submit a mission or battle when they can. My true preference is for members to submit battles or missions once per week, in one big batch, that way we can cut down on emails. Those of you who have not a lot of time, simply fly a few battles or missions on the weekends, then zip them and send them to me.

I plan to fly at least one battle per week, on the weekend and have it to Chris and Angel. Sometimes when I can, I'll fly more, but right now I'm trying to work some stuff out with both Chris and Angel.

Also know that I update ATRs every week (I hope to do so after I send my reports, that way it's easier). Along with that I hope to speak with all of my pilots on a near constant basis on IRC. Its very easy to be on IRC (if you don't know how, please contact me and I will work with you on that).

To finish off this section, I want to ask that ALL Omicron pilots who have not done so, to please report into myself, asap (that means everyone but Gunman, Aleksey, and Gutt)!

-We have TWO Flight Leader positions open (apply to me asap, as we need these posts filled as soon as possible. We won't get any cadets until we have FLs. Only thing duty wise more for FLs, is to take on extra assignments from myself to benefit the squad and possibly the Wing)!!
-We have TWO new members!! Please welcome LCM Aleksey Chugunov, and Captain Michael Gutt!

::Squadron Standing Orders::

1. Recruit members to Omicron (help out recruits, convince RSVists to return, or just get some non-EHers to join. It's really easy if you help them along).
2. Keep in contact with CM MVader at least once per week via email at the usual address (I hope you all can at least put my email address in your memory or contacts book, and I've mentioned it at least three times in this report, so no complaining).
3. Fly and submitted zipped pilot files from missions or battles (mission compendium link below) at my preference, once per week. Most people have free time on weekends, and submitting one battle a week is great, if you could. Talk with me if you need an exception.
4. Be present at EH/TC meetings on the weekends.
5. Be online via email, IRC, MBs, whatever. Please be online when possible so I could talk with you. (this goes in line with keeping on contact!)
