Tempest Squadron Weekly Report #6 - 18th of March 2005


***~Introdutory Note~***

Ok, it`s been a month and a half since I`ve taken Command f Tempest...and we still have not had a flying comp......this is totally unacceptable........I figure out a comp ASAP, stay tuned, because it should begin next week.....if the competition center approves......I think they don’t like me.....

I want to thank LT Impulse for doing his job and providing me his newly installed MSN information..........BUUUUUUU for you who still did not handled it to me........

Still quite a week from LT Impulse for flying.....…shame on all of the rest of you, who in more than a month as CMDR, never gave me any BSF`ing to do.........we should fly more battles to get squadron citations.........../me likes squadron citations........…

Tempest Recruiting Comp is effective for more than two weeks now.........and still no new recruits...........GO RECRUIT...........NOW!!!!! Make your CMDR happy and bring us a new pilot, and get a medal for it!!!

Read about it in the Competition Center – got denied once, fixed, and now approved….so far no recruits……...#$%^#$$@#$…….

* Communications: I want everyone to send me your MSN passport.net....so far I have P`s, C`s and I`s.... that`s three.....and don`t need mine, so that`s four.....it leaves out three......Ozkan, Rover and Seph......if you please.

* Color Picking: everyone that talked to me liked black.....waiting for a response on that.....I`ll definetly ask again

* SL Ozkan Ata have not been responding to any contact attempts....I`m giving her a last chance to report......I would hate to lose a pilot

* Squadron Standing Orders: every week i want you to do one of the following:
- Do like LT Impulse and fly something from the Mission Compendium
- Take and IWATS Course
- Write some fiction
- Create a graphic
- Submit something for the Squadron Report (Fiction, graphics, garbage, etc)

If you haven't noticed Tempest is in desperate need of pilots, get out there and ask your friends, your relatives, parents, grandmothers, dogs, i don't care, lets just get some people in here. I am offering a ISM per recruit (Cadet and RSV's alike) and a PC per 5 recruits, so theres a chance for you to get lots of medals and to help not only the squad but also the wing.)

This is deactivated until the Tempest Recruiting Comp has ended.

***~Competition Center~***

* Tempest Recruiting Comp

Its a pretty simple comp: it starts march 1st, and it runs for two months.
For every two recruits that goes to the wing, you receive an IS-BR (I want copies of the e-mails when you have first contacted the recruit).
For every recruit that comes to Tempest, you receive na IS-BR The person who has recruited the most in the first month receives na IS-BR, and the Second Month too, so, there are a lot of medal opportunities.
The recruits can come either from the PLT Daedalus, or from FRG Phoenix.
As you can see, this competition is a long term thing for us to fill all the positions available in the squadron, and to help where we can in the wing...
I would like everyone to participate....Just contact people in Daedalus offering help, or contact an old friend in the reserves, and try to get them in here....It’s best for everyone when we have a full house.
