***~Introdutory Note~***

CPT Daniel Bonini reporting in for the second Weekly Squadron Report as me in CMDR’s Office. Things are starting to calm down, and my office is begining to be just a little organized, in spite of Prost’s efforts to ruin it by throwing in the office a bag full of greenish baby poop (where did you get that from??? There are no babies in the ship.....that I know of......Prost, anything you wanna tell us???).

Hehe.....people, here’s the thing: by order from higher people, we have to choose na Instant Message program......and I’ve picked MSN, because I think it’s the most commom these days....so, I want everyone to send your passport.net e-mails by next Thursday.....I have Chris’s already, so, I need everyone elses.....

If you haven't noticed Tempest is in desperate need of pilots, get out there and ask your friends, your relatives, parents, grandmothers, dogs, i don't care, lets just get some people in here.
I am offering a ISM per recruit (Cadet and RSV's alike) and a PC per 5 recruits, so theres a chance for you to get lots of medals and to help not only the squad but also the wing.)
This is deactivated until the Tempest Recruiting Comp has ended.

***~Competition Center~***

* Wing X Birthday:
Drunken Revelry.
Between becoming the new TCBG Flagship and celebrating yet another birthday, the parties have become out of control. Create a graphic displaying the 'pleasantries;' write a fiction (under 1,000 words) describing any aspect of the 'party.' Topic(s) are fairly open as long as they have something to do with a drunken party in the cantina, or some other form of party. The top graphic and top fiction will receive an IS-SR. Runner up in each category will receive an IS-BR. Competition will run all month. Submissions are due to Coranel and Stuart March 2nd.

This comp is a TIE Golf comp! Hooray TIE Golf! :P

The mission assigned for this comp is TIE-FREE #180. You are to fly the FREE. However, in this comp, the lowest score wins the IS-SW, with second lowest getting the IS-BW. Rules are that you must complete all of the Primary objectives; no using the cheats; no killing friendly craft; and no laser burn (shooting off lasers into space for 10 minutes to lower your score :P).

I dont know the comp ID yet. I’ll let you know when it is approved.
Its a pretty simple comp: it starts when it is approved, and it runs for two months.
For every recruit that goes to the wing, you receive na ISM (I want copies of the e-mails when you have first contacted the recruit).
For every recruit that comes to Tempest, you receive na IS-BR
The person who has recruited the most in the first month receives na IS-BR, and the Second Month too, so, there are a lot of medal opportunities.
The recruits can come either from the PLT Daedalus, or from FRG Phoenix.
As you can see, this competition is a long term thing for us to fill all the positions available in the squadron, and to help where we can in the wing...
I would like everyone to participate....Just contact people in Daedalus offering help, or contact an old friend in the reserves, and try to get them in here....It’s best for everyone when we have a full house.
