Spectre Squadron Report for 03/13/05


Well after one week in command i can honestly say gentlemen that you are all lazy people. Our activity was described as "low" in this weeks Wing report. I think that is a good description and sums it up well.

Also apologies for the lateness of this report. I wrote it up last night then forgot to send it...

News

All the competitions i mentioned last week have been approved so go and take part in them you monkeys.

Lots of spangly other competitions happening in the ATF so go represent...

One particular one to look out for is the email wars competition. I know this seems on the surface a handy excuse to spam the mailing list, but really its a way of getting medals for sending emails...

Lots of funny business going on over the ATF group this week. Try to ignore it and carry on. (Im sure you all ignored the email and deleted it straight away without reading it, good old spam)

Competitions

Because its the grand reopening of a squadron ive decided to start a shed load of new competitions. They havnt been approved yet, but hopefully they will so ill tell you about them all now.


**The Spectre Squadron Grand Reopening Competition**

Firstly we have basic flying competitions. I wasnt sure which platforms you people mostly flew so ive done a different one for each platform.

The 3 battles are -

TIE-TC 221
XvT-TC 108
XWA-TC 43

Fly well gentlemen.

Next is a trivia competition. Answer the 10 questions below and send them to me. The first person to correctly answer all questions will win the medal. If noone answers them correctly then the person who answers the most correct in the fastest time will be the winner.

Finally the most important part of the competition. Now i have discovered a new platform which is very underused in EH. So without further ado..

**The Spectre Squadron Grand Reopening Solitaire Competition**

Thats right, click those start buttons, load up solitaire and pop a screenshot of your highest score along to me. Highest score wins an IS-BR!

Settings for solitaire are as follows - Draw One card at a time and Standard scoring. make sure the status bar and times game boxes are checked as well.

One finaly competition which will be a monthly thing until we are full -

Spectre Recruitment Competition: Recruit from the reserves or PLT Daedulus to Spectre and the person with the most at the end of the month wins himself an IS-BR.


Ive decided to leave out the bigger competitions because you get them all in the Wing, Ship and BG reports and i suspect you all just skip through them anyway.
