Tempest Squadron Weekly Report #5 - 11th of March 2005


***~Introdutory Note~***

Here we go for another amazing report.....ok, maybe not....but I have fun doing it :)

First thing I want to say: MSN……I think you don`t like your CMDR very much….because I`ll get a beating from the flag stuff if you guys don’t send your info....do you wanna see your CMDR hurt? P, you don`t have to answer it.......

For those of you who don`t know....LT Impulse is quite a flyer....he flew a lot this week and made his CMDR proud......and also ashamed, because I have not flown at all!!!!! ME!!!!!!! You see, you put me behind a desk and I start to get all fat and my flying skills drop like a brick.....but I`ll manage....don`t worry.....by the way, I`ll figure out a flying comp soon....probably like those Master was giving us....stay tuned

Tempest Recruiting Comp is effective......GO RECRUIT!!!!! Make your CMDR happy and bring us a new pilot, and get a medal for it!!!

* LT Impulse flew a lot......I like people that fly......don’t get jealous P, I like people that are annoying too!!!

* Communications: I want everyone to send me your MSN passport.net....If you don’t have one.....get one ASAP....before anybody gets hurt

* Color Picking: everyone that talked to me liked black.....waiting for a response on that.....I think I`ll ask again......

* SL Ozkan Ata have not been responding to any contact attempts....I`ll have to cosider tat she loved the Challenge`s stile......got drunk and is lost in space.....I hope you return before AWOL`ing.

* Squadron Standing Orders: every week i want you to do one of the following:
- Do like LT Impulse and fly something from the Mission Compendium
- Take and IWATS Course
- Write some fiction
- Create a graphic
- Submit something for the Squadron Report (Fiction etc)

If you haven't noticed Tempest is in desperate need of pilots, get out there and ask your friends, your relatives, parents, grandmothers, dogs, i don't care, lets just get some people in here.
I am offering a ISM per recruit (Cadet and RSV's alike) and a PC per 5 recruits, so theres a chance for you to get lots of medals and to help not only the squad but also the wing.)

This is deactivated until the Tempest Recruiting Comp has ended.

***~Competition Center~***

* Tempest Recruiting Comp

Its a pretty simple comp: it starts march 1st, and it runs for two months.
For every two recruits that goes to the wing, you receive an IS-BR (I want copies of the e-mails when you have first contacted the recruit).
For every recruit that comes to Tempest, you receive na IS-BR The person who has recruited the most in the first month receives na IS-BR, and the Second Month too, so, there are a lot of medal opportunities.
The recruits can come either from the PLT Daedalus, or from FRG Phoenix.
As you can see, this competition is a long term thing for us to fill all the positions available in the squadron, and to help where we can in the wing...
I would like everyone to participate....Just contact people in Daedalus offering help, or contact an old friend in the reserves, and try to get them in here....It’s best for everyone when we have a full house.

I`ve made some changes to the report layout...any comments are welcome...I`ll make some changes when it occurs to me.
