SQUADRON NEWS

-For XvT: The E-W, A/X-W, SPEC and PHX have been updated while the T/e1, T/A(ssault), V-38 (Sentinel/Shadow), I-7, M-CRV, GSP and TIE Drone are new releases all together. New features are again that they no longer replace existing craft, all have .bat installers and their own OPTs and stats.

-New Pilots: MAJ Powerslave and CM Zept Leeartic have joined our squadron. Powerslave is a former CMDR of Shield and is coming back for the joy of flying, while Zept is the new FL of Flight 2 :)
-Some nice medals this week. Me and Powerslave received a IS-BR each, while DV received 3 Medals of Tactics – Blue Hammer :)


SQUADRON STATUS

-Keep flying, with the new efforts from Powerslave we should be going up on the COM Escort ladder.
-Nick & Motto comp: This is the first comp I create for you. I would like to have a new nick and a new motto for Shield squadron. It’s up to you to find me new ones. Those who are interested must send me both a new nick and motto and not just one of these. Comp ends on the 10th of March. Winner gets an IS-BR. You can send anything, it can be funny o it can be evil, whatever! :)
-A little Science Office competition for all to enjoy, even the Fleet Commander if he wants: The Science quotes Webhunt!
The science Office reports all start with a Quote... but they are all without references! Find the 15 references on the web and gain points. The one with the most points wins the medal(s) - an IS-SR for the winner and a IS-BR for the second place.
